I called a few AT&T stores and was told this was the only location that had a few of the phone model I wanted. I spoke to the manager Joanna on the phone and told her to put the item on hold, I would be heading over there soon. I arrived, talked to her, then she goes in the back and brings out the contract model of the phone I requested when I clearly said I wanted the prepaid version. She checked with another clerk, they went in the back, then she came out and told me there were 3 of the model I requested in stock, and one had been put aside for me but it "got busy" in the last hour and a half and all were sold, including the one set aside. I asked if there's a certain day when their shipment comes in, if they could put one aside and call me to come pick it up. She said there was nothing she could do, unapologetically. I DROVE A HALF HOUR TO THIS STORE! It took everything for me not to verbally berate this woman on the spot. An agreement was made for an item to be specifically put aside for me. I am sure that she hadn't listened to me earlier and looked up the wrong item, then covered for herself--poorly! Even worse was that she didn't care how terribly she inconvenienced me. Well I've been at AT&T customer over 10 over I had an issue with my phone I decide to stop by on Lehigh Street .AT&T store outside the mall .on March 27 about 11am in the morning There was nobody in the store except the employees Dan and Joe was helpful was trying his best to help me out . On the other hand was very disappointed with Dan customer service very ignorant respond I did not expect from AT&T employee . I've been in to this location a few times in the last year - to look at phones, to purchase smartphone accessories and for technical support. All have been fairly good experiences. In January, we met with Chad to look at smartphones and couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Finally, in February, a new phone came out, but they didn't have one in the store. Luckily we thought to call some other stores, found them in stock, and bought them elsewhere. We've been back to this location with our new phones a few times - for technical support - with no "you are bothering us" vibe. Even when it's that you just need to reboot your phone to make it work (seriously, is my Smartphone running on Android, or Windows 3.1 :-p) They are fairly busy, so be prepared for a wait. I went in to purchase screen protectors (nearly impossible to find via 3rd party yet), something that should have taken 5 minutes, and ended up being there for 30. Like all carrier-branded stores, the accessories are ridiculously overpriced. If you have something like a iPhone that is high volume - you can easily find cheap accessories elsewhere. They have to pay for their fancy recent face lift somehow. read more

The saleswomen and men there thought only iPhones have "the cloud" and further were unable to retrieve my contacts despite having the undamaged device and their presence on the cloud. the phone i got as a replacement a nokia lumina 630 constantly malfunctions and has even called 911 several times on its own even sitting on a counter outside of my pocket. whenever i try to call the store, all i get is a busy signal, and their staff is utterly clueless. i know nothing about cell phones or windows phones as this was my first experience with one, but i was able to figure out the cloud issue simply by educating myself online. Horrible and indifferent to the needs of their customers. im switching companies at the end of the month. read more

One of the worst AT&T stores I've ever been at. Waited 20 minutes to pick up my iPhone, while the sales rep were not even taking customers in the correct order. Had multiple people cut in front of me. Do not come here. Workers have no idea what's going on. Unprofessional. Great way to lose business. read more
