This one is from the, it was way harder than it's needs to be file…read more We had a Google phone when at barely two months old, the screen partially stopped working. Google's recommendation was to take it to the nearest store from this chain and that they could assess it, do the work and even take care of any warranty issues. Visit 1: I take the phone to the store and technician #1 assesses the device and agrees that the screen is partially shot and no, it doesn't look like there is tons of wear and tear so it should be an easy open and shut case of everything being under warranty. He then tells me that they do not have any screens in stock and that it would be approximately five days until the work can be done. He said I should get a robo email with a date and time to pick it up. Visit 2: I did get the email and I showed up at the date and time. No dice. The screen still isn't in stock yet and technician #2 plays 50 questions with me regarding if I contacted Google, am I ok if need to pay out of pocket, there is tiny nick on the top which could invalidate the warranty, etc. BS aside, it's going to be another four more days. Call 1: Per technician #2, I call the store the day it's supposed to be ready to find out that while they did get the screen in, no, they hadn't started the work yet. Thankfully I called versus just showing up when they told me to show up since they forgot to even start the job. Visit 3: The phone is finally done after they had it for twice as long as initially told to me. Yes, it was all under warranty and my out of pocket was $0 but damn, the process is slow and disorganized to take care of what technician #1 made sound like a piece of cake job. In the future, a big maybe on coming back here because at least so far, the work was done right but if I need it done right away, I'll find another option.

I had malware on my Android A10e. I wanted to run a factory reset but the nature of the malware…read morewas that it prevented connecting to the Internet. I kept getting DNS address errors. So I couldn't log into Samsung's network to authenticate. They helped get past the blocker, log into Samsung and my provider, and run the factory reset. I second the other customers who say professional and thorough. I'll add friendly and very good with customers. Beside the immediate issue, they suggested some solutions for archiving some old devices I have. I have worked in customer service of all kinds, since I entered the workforce nearly 40 years ago, and the team at the Easton uBreakiFix demonstrated the best I have seen from a business in a long time. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with his devices.

I called and the woman who answered (second ring, by the way, no long drawn-out introduction message) listened patiently and empathetically as I went on, and on, and on, about how embarrassed I was and I knew better, etc. She assured me Epoch would be happy to make it all better. No pressure or hype, just bring the laptop in and Epoch will take care of getting rid of any malicious software that the hackers loaded onto my hard drive. I did that and in less than 24 hours (yes, a little $$$ extra for expedited service) my laptop was clean as a whistle. Matt and Doo Yen were wonderful. So pleasant and patient which is exactly what I needed. This hacking event spurred me on to get a new desktop and Matt came and picked up both the old and the new desktop and brought it back the next day with all of my files loaded onto my new machine. Matt made it easy for me to access all of my files which is amazing if you've ever had to bring all of your files over from an old computer to a new one. I am up and running again (I work part time for a lawyer) and I feel assured my machines are clean and running at peak speed and Epoch turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. Thank you Matt and Doo Yen for keeping my spirits up and saving the day!

While standing there I called their phone number. Giving them the benefit of the doubt - Maybe they aren't sitting in the back watching me on the cameras waiting for me to leave. started to think maybe they had left - didn't make sense since the doors were wide open and I came at 7 and they close at 8. NOPE after two calls a guy walks from the back and says "Did you think that was smart? To stand here instead of knocking? I was using the bathroom" okay? I did not ask - I'm a customer and I'm here for one thing but then he proceeds to make it his mission to KEEP asking me if i was smart while I'm trying to hand him my ID to be helped. He was so dead set on getting me to talk about anything else other than what i was there for. So after he asked for maybe the 4th or 5th time "does that make any sense? are you smart?" I reiterate I'm there to upgrade my phone. He then proceeds to laugh in my face then says "Are you going to be a human?" I did not raise my voice PRIOR to this comment as he continues to laugh in my face he then decides to say "There's a corporate store down the block - They'd love to help you" I put my ID back in my pocket then finally gave him some choice words. If he did not want to help me he shouldn't have came out but where does AT&T teach you to laugh in your customers face and treat them as a sub human when they simply wanted to do business. If you want to be disrespected form the very minute you step foot inside the store go here. If you actually want help I suggest you switch from AT&T.

Enjoyed what could have been a hellish experience, which is what I was expecting. I've held off so long on getting phones partly because I didn't want the hassle, but Breon made it easy as pie. Thank you! Also, Dayna was helpful to us the week before when we made our preliminary visit. Appreciate the helpfulness and calm attitude toward customers. I felt no pressure whatsoever and had every single one of my many questions answered. Thank you!
