Worst company ever, if I could give them a negative rating I would!!! spent $1,900.00 on 3 new I phones, I have a small business, if any of my employees treated customers the way we were treated they would be FIRED!!!! One of the phones would not hold signal so I took it back and they told me I needed to change the Sim card so I asked them if they could do it and the representative there told me he would have to charge me $10 mind you this was a brand new phone that I had just bought the day before, so I called Verizon and they sent me a new one so I ran it back up there to see if they would change it and again they said $10, so I ran over to Walmart and bought a paper clip did it myself. That did not fix the problem so they told me that I had to call Verizon themselves, I did they determined it was a bad antenna in the phone they sent me a new phone, so I ran back to ask if they could transfer the data, at that time they told me they would charge me $35 to transfer the data, so there again I took it home transferred it myself. At this time everything seemed to be fine until I got a notice that Verizon Wireless wanted to charge me $1435.00 for another new phone because somehow they put in the notations but I got another phone that I never received nor did I purchase, I contacted them at TCC they said there was nothing they could do about it. I took my equipment to an actual Verizon dealer and they are still trying to get all of the screwup's that happened to TCC fixed. I am still trying to get the charge removed. They definitely don't know what products and services they sell! They sold me services that I could not even use, when I went to the actual corporate store they told me what they sold me would not work with my business plan. They should not be allowed to be an authorized dealer, customer service is horrible definitely would not recommend!!!!! read more

I rarely write reviews and I'm pretty easy to please, but I had such a bad experience here that I felt compelled to share it with others. I drove to the old Verizon store to get an upgrade on my phone, only to realize it had moved up the road to a new building. I assumed it was the regular Verizon store; but in all actuality it's The Cellular Connection store, a Verizon premium retailer. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and there were no lines, so I was off to a good start. The sales associate walked me through the two different plans and told me that if I traded in my old iPhone 5c I would get $33 off my total bill for the new phone. I was told that my total price out the door that day would be $43 which was in line with other upgrades I got in the past. As I was signing paperwork I spotted a Redux device listed, so I asked him what that was about. He told me it's this awesome new device that dries your phone when it gets wet to prevent it from crashing and that it was included in my upgrade, allowing me up to two uses during my two year contract for no extra charge. I asked again if it was a membership because I didn't want it if it was, and he again told me that it's included without an extra fee. So I thought cool--double bonus points for this store. Then I saw my bill was $76--not the $43 discussed. I asked him if he included my trade in and he said yes. 5 minutes later he told me he forgot to account for the trade in so he had to do a messy partial refund and it would charge me a remaining $13. I thought as long as I have my receipt to match my bank statements, I'm good. And out the door I went. Fast forward that night when I was looking at my printed store receipt to compare it to my bank statement, and what do you know, part of my bill was a $29.99 membership fee to the Redux device--after I was told it was a complimentary service to my upgrade. I called an actual Verizon store to compare the price I paid at TCC vs. the regular store, and they haven't even heard of this device! So I called back the TCC store to ask again about the membership and told them I didn't want it, but they assured me that it shows up on the bill but it's not actually being charged. I'm not an idiot so I drove myself to a different TCC store at Trader's Point and spoke to a nice female associate. She told me I was the 5th person to come in there with a problem from the Brownsburg location. She walked me through the plans and told me that they were dishonest because they offer the Redux membership as a bundle at her store--they don't just automatically tack it on your bill and send you out the door, making you believe you are getting it for free. In addition, she said that my printed bill didn't even include my trade in and she couldn't find it in her system, meaning I had no proof in my hands that I traded in my phone. Unfortunately, since that store had a different franchise owner, she couldn't help me, but suggested that I go back and speak with the manager. I called the Brownsburg TCC to see if the manager was working, and what do you know, the manager was the sneaky sales associate who was dishonest with me the first time. In summary, I was lied to TWICE about this ridiculous membership that I didn't even want in the first place. Luckily I was able to cancel it (you have up to 14 days), so I marched back in there and got my money back. So if you're looking for Verizon services, I recommend avoiding this dishonest store and TCC for that matter. Just go to a regular Verizon store, because a quick Google search will show you that I'm not the only one who has experienced this problem. read more
