A clerk connected me with Kia, who was knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to my issues and asked questions. She offered suggestions to raise with my service provider before purchasing a new router (which i did). This was the best customer service that I have had anywhere in a long time. i'll be returning after I solve my provider issues.

Gabriel, the manager, informed us that our first month would be higher as we were transferring mid cycle but after that payments would be lower. After 2 months we went back in as bills were excessively higher. He acknowledged their mistake, blamed head office, and gave me his cell number telling me he'd text me when he'd fixed the mistake. Received the text saying it wasn't an easy fix, but he would get us where he promised us. I asked if he would refund us the full amount and place us back on our previous contract if he couldn't fix the issue, to which he responded "absolutely, for sure". Text to tell me it's fixed and for a month we received a lower bill. Then it went back up again and he's telling us there's nothing he can do as it's passed the 30 day reimbursement window. Terrible product knowledge in store, if you want to go with Tmobile, buy online.

He said he emailed me the quote and design. I told him I didn't get it and maybe it went to my spam (which would be weird because we've exchanged emails before). Texted 3 times since then and sent an email. Crickets. Guess they don't like money ‍ Might've actually done a good job but they don't get that chance now. Ignoring potential customers is literally the epitome of bad business practices.

This is a mixed review. We got a refrigerator through this Sears store when our old one went out in April. When we got it home, we realized it was dented so bad that we could not change the handle from one side to the other. We ordered another one and then had to wait close to 4 weeks before it was brought to us, but they let us keep the dented one until then. They delivered the newer one and took the dented one a month later. We have been trying to get our refund from the dented one for a while. The manager at this store is great, he kept trying and doing paperwork and making phone calls for us. I called the main 1-800 number and literally waited on the phone on hold for over an hour. I called with my cell on one ear while still waiting on our land line on the other ear to speak to the supervisor. I had 2 supervisors answer at the same time. They told me that I should not contact the store anymore but that it was on the highest level it could go online and we should expect our money by today. I made this call a week ago. I told them to call me to let me know, not to email me. I received an email yesterday to contact the store. (So many mixed messages). I contacted the manager of the store yesterday and he said he got an email from them that they would be calling me in the next 24 hours. Just now the manager called me and asked if they had contacted me yet, which they have not. He told me he just got a note and we have been credited our money for the refund of the first one. Thank you Dave. You make it easier. I am sure that if you were not there, that Sears would not have as much business as they do. God Bless you! That's when I learned about some of the other models Klipsch offers that are more in my price range and also happen to fit my space a little better, as the Klipschorns are huge. I had a 2015 Sony Bravia 4K 3DTV which quit working...it would start up with the Google circles on…read morethe screen, then would immediately go black and the LED light at the bottom of the TV would flash 6 times. According to the SONY website it could be a possible failure of the LED backlights. I emailed American Consolidated Electronics to see if they agreed that was what they thought it might be. They emailed me back the next day, and confirmed that that was probably the problem and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and since they don't make 3D TV's anymore, I thought $285 was reasonable to get it fixed. When I brought the TV in for repair, Mr. Mortazavi was very nice, and explained what he would do. When I got the TV back, the TV worked great again!
