Went in to upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro because of the promotion online. Once I came in they were switching the rules on me and said I was not able to keep my current plan (that was a lie). Online my phone showed a no charge upgrade and suddenly I now owe $500 on the new phone and was required to change my plan. Talking with Verizon today on the phone I have discovered this location lied to me about the requirements for the upgrade in order to get more money from me. They could already tell I was confused with the changes they were trying to make and took full advantage of it. Hopefully Verizon customer service can erase this contract I was tricked in to taking. I was not required to change my plan for the upgrade and according to the promotion online I should owe nothing on the new phone. This locations number doesn't even work to call. Take my advice and do everything online to avoid being scammed. read more

Terrible experience and service. The BF tried to get us on a plan together this pm We weren't greeted when we walked in ~ employees just looked up from their phones and stared at us). We asked who wanted to help us and they both just stared at each other. Knowing it was close to closing, I joked that we hoped they could get us on a phone plan in the next 8 minutes (they were closing soon). The BF room convo from there, wanting to see plans we could get on together AND switch him from Sprint (with a deal). Employees said there weren't any "switch to Verizon" deals anymore... First "in yrs", then "since Dec". The only option they gave was removing me from my current plan and adding the BF. This is not a service store. They only sell and not very well. After talking to Verizon rep on the phone, the most willing and helpful rep gave me a mess of information to help me. He then told me to take my phone to the store and they will help me from there.It seemed simple enough. I go into the store, not greeted; I approach a gentleman, explained my issue and without a thought or consideration he said "We don,t do that here" Of course I tried to show him the info I was given and he didn't even look. I asked was there ANYthing he could do for me? He said he would gladly sell me a device that worked. Not I'll try, not let me see.... It would have been nice if he would have told me right from the start that they do not service. So enter at your own risk. read more

I went to another Verizon store, but that store did not have the phone in stock that we needed. The salesperson looked online and saw that East Washington Street. Had it in stock. I went there and they said they didn't have the phone at first and tried to upsell. When I was frustrated and about to leave, one magically appeared from the back. Then they lied and switch plans on me with an increase of $40 per month. They are untrustworthy and thieves. read more

Damon was super helpful and nice! We went in there because my grandmothers phone was dying very quickly and we were looking to get a replacement phone. We shopped around and just as we were about to purchase he noticed that it was actually an iphone 8 and we thought it was a 6 the phone we were buying was about the same as the 8 and he stopped us and told us that it would probably make more sense to get a free replacement phone! He could've totally charged us for a new phone but instead he walked us through the entire process to get a free phone. Best customer service! read more

I've been into this location quite a few times. When the iPhone 6s launched I came to this location and the staff was SO helpful. They didn't have the color or size I wanted when I initially went in that morning, but they told me to check back later that day because they expected another shipment. I was impatient and went to a couple other locations to see if anyone had what I was looking for and let me tell you, the customer service didn't compare to the customer service at this location. Cody, is the rep. that helped me buy my phone and he has also helped me the multiple times I've gone in. He's always been very helpful and patient with me. I wanted to buy a tempered glass for my phone, but they were out of stock of the one I wanted. He told me if I found one that he'd put it on my phone. I went to Best Buy, which is right behind this location, and they had the tempered glass I was looking for. Best Buy wanted to charge me to install the glass! I went back to Verizon and they did it for free! Even though I didn't buy it from them! I thought that was super awesome! I also have to mention that before I bought the new iPhone 6s, I had broken my phone. I was using an extremely old droid that used to be my brother's and it was extremely slow and wouldn't pick up 3G or LTE. When I took it into this location to see if they could help, they gave me the option to "borrow" an iPhone because I'm in the medical field and having a phone is extremely important for me. I had NO idea Verizon offered this. I was able to borrow the phone, with no charge really. It was in my bill, but then credited back once I returned the phone damage free. I love Verizon and love this location! read more

First, let me say I have visited this store in the past and received excellent service. Recently I went in because my iPhone battery was giving error messages and loosing a charge and dropping calls. Upon entering one of their associates asked what he could do for me and I told him of my problems. He said "so you are ready for an upgrade", I said I just need to get this phone fixed. As soon as I said I was not looking for an upgrade you could see he lost all interest. I said I have insurance on the phone and he said "what kind of plan do you have", still very distracted. He still had not asked me for any information or looked up my account. About this time another associate walked up to him and engaged him in a conversation totally ignoring the fact I was there. I got his attention again and he said "we don't fix phones here anymore". At this point I said look at my account, I need to get a replacement phone. He finally took my information and said "your phone will be here on Thursday" he confirmed my address then went back to his conversation with the other employee. I asked "are we done" and he looked over at me and said yes. My phone came in and I had issues getting the new phone working so I went in for some help. I had another associate greet me and once again, when I told him I was not there for an upgrade he also lost interest and got distracted trying to grab customers as they came in the door. I had to keep getting his attention to help me get the phone going. We finally got it done but it was a battle. read more

Jason greeted me at the door and took care of billing issues & cancellation of one of our lines within 15 minutes of my visit. I have not been able to get resolution to a 3 month overcharge either at another location, on the web or by telephone. It is without a doubt the best visit I have had to a Verizon store. the staff are helpful when they arent busy... i prefer to call the company the staff on the phone is exceptionally wonderful! but i particularly like this location because it seems to be the only place on the east side where i can go and pay my bill at a kiosk without the extra fees. read more

If I could give the store 0 stars I would. I normally never have a problem at this location but I went in there trying to get the extra gb they owed me. Well they just tried to upgrade my plan to make me pay more totally ignoring the fact that there salesperson told me I would get the two extra gb. So I would advise to never go to this location deff.
