Complaint Regarding Misleading Pricing and Billing Practices by AT&T…read more I switched from Verizon to AT&T due to a change of address that left Verizon unable to provide internet service at my new home. I initially saw advertisements on Meta for AT&T Fiber at $47/month for new customers, but accepted what I believed to be a standard price of $90/month with a $10 discount for autopay, expecting a total of $80/month. * First AT&T internet bill: $80.25 -- as expected. * Second bill: $88.61 -- without explanation, showing a "credit reversed" even though my payment method remained unchanged. At installation, I was given a lengthy in-home sales pitch that strongly emphasized bundling wireless service with internet for savings. Based on that, I switched my 3 phone lines to AT&T as well and was quoted $98.38/month total for the wireless service. However: * My first wireless bill (for 1.5 months) came out to $324.24, with no clear breakdown justifying that cost. * Combined with the internet, I've now paid $412.85 in the first full cycle -- significantly higher than the $212.21 I was previously paying at Verizon (3 lines + home internet). This experience felt misleading and predatory: * Pricing did not match verbal or advertised promises. * Bill breakdowns were unclear and inconsistent. * Promotional rates appear to be misleading or manipulated post-signup. I am requesting: * A detailed explanation and itemized correction of the charges. * Retroactive application of the pricing I was quoted. * Clarification on any reversed credits and future billing expectations. I would like this issue escalated and resolved promptly.

My boyfriend and I went to this AT&T store a week ago to get iPads because my birthday was coming…read moreup and that was the only thing I want so we pick out the ones we want and the employee said that they don't have them in the store right now, but they can order them to the store to pick up the 15th well today is the 15th and now employee is saying that we can't get them because when we went the employee said for 2 iPad it be 150 he went today and the employee say it will cost 486$ for each for a down payment how the fuck does it go from 150 TO 486 $ like what the actual fuck i will never go back to that store and will no longer be continuing our phone plan with them I'm very piss off don't go to this AT&T they are a SCAM !!!!!!!

My phone was not holding a charge, so I went to this location to see what was wrong. The worker…read moretold me it was my battery. So she backed up my files and placed a warranty order. She examined my phone. She said my phone was in good condition except for the battery. No outward defects were found. So I went home, put my phone up. The next morning my phones battery had swollen to where my phone came apart. I took my phone back cause I received an email stating that my replacement was in. I drove all that way for them to tell me they could not do anything for me cause my phone was opened up. I let them know that the battery had swollen. I showed them the email in regards to the replacement. They still refused to help me. I called customer service, and they did not understand why they did not replace my phone. They connected me to tech support. They also were bothered that the location did not help me. So she called them canceled the replacement order so she could go on and do another replacement order for me. She stated that when she called they told her I had a damaged phone. The tech support told me I could not help having a damaged phone if the battery went bad. It was no fault of mine. Thanks to tech support I finally have a working phone. Thanks to east washington street t-mobile for wasting my time.
