I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Fix Ur Crack- I made the mistake of allowing this company to replace the…read morescreen on my brand new iPhone, as it had a simple crack. After paying $180 CASH on Saturday May 10th, the screen was replaced for the first time. Immediately after the screen was replaced, there was an Error message on my screen, advising that the product was not compatible with Apple, and the screen was glitching. I advised the technician of this before I even left the parking lot, and I was told to wait over the weekend to see if the glitching would "resolve" itself. The glitching gradually became worse. After calling the store on Monday May 12th, I was assured that I could come back and have the screen replaced for a second time. When I arrive to the store, I was told that the screen was actually not in stock and it was currently being delivered from another store. I left the store, and then returned, hours later, at the time the technician advised it would be in stock. When I arrived to the store for the THIRD time, I was told the part hadn't been delivered yet. I never received a phone call, text message, email, or any other form of communication advising that the part hadn't arrived. I then waited for two additional hours... it still hadn't been delivered. When I requested a refund, I was told that it had to be processed in their system and that because I paid cash, they do not keep that amount on hand and someone with higher authority would have to go to the bank... I come back to the store the next day to have my screen repaired, once again. (I called and confirmed it was in stock and the technician advised that shipment had came in that day but hadn't yet opened the box, after I requested, multiple times, to be contacted when the part arrived). After about 30 minutes after the second screen was installed, my phone began overheating and would not hold a charge. I NEVER had this problem, not even once, prior to Fix Ur Crack installing their screens on my phone. I have requested, for weeks, to talk to the owner, Ryan Lawson, and he has not returned any of my phone calls or voicemails. Ryan had communicated through one of his technicians that he wants a chance to "resolve the issue" by testing multiple phone screens on my phone (that are not Apple products) to attempt a third screen replacement. Fix Ur Crack has had several opportunities to fix the problem that they caused. I have requested a refund of the cash that I paid to this business, as they have ruined my device and I have to pay $300 for a new phone. An additional $180 was literally wasted, and when I requested a refund, the company refused, and said they would consider putting my cracked phone screen back on, for the POSSIBILITY of a refund. When I asked if they still had my original, cracked screen, the technician responded with "Well, we keep the broken screens in a bin and I can't guarantee that it's still in there" ... I can no longer use my phone throughout the day, as it becomes too overheated. The battery life is nonexistent and I've advised, multiple times, to this company that I stay at home full time with my baby and NEED access to a phone, especially in the case of an emergency. I've learned my lesson by never paying cash to a business again, and I'm hoping that someone else doesn't make the same mistake by using Ryan Lawson's company, Fix Ur Crack. Ryan should consider Fixing His Morals.

Why am I very dissatisfied…read more I explicitly told the store rep that I did not want the Next Up Anytime plan. Yet the store rep added it to my upgrades anyway. Without my knowledge, the store rep also added AT&T Protect Advantage to my upgrades, which I did not ask for or approve. The store rep did not waive the $35 upgrade fee that I was entitled to for being over 55, when she was well aware that I qualified. In total, she added over $380/year to my bill. I only found this out when the text messages I later received welcomed me to the new programs. While in the store, I was not given any document to sign or any summary of my upgrades. I returned  later to give her my trade in phone, the store rep was busy talking to her friend and ignored me. After waiting a bit, I said, "I just want to turn in my old phone," which I had wiped out, and the store rep said "no, you have to wait 24 hours just in case you need it to approve anything." She then turned away from me and returned to her personal conversation with her friend. Of course I had already been asked to wipe out my phone to prepare it for trade in, so it was not going to be useful to approve anything, but I was disgusted and left the store. The AT&T service rep I talked to at 611 later confirmed for me that what the store rep told me was not true. Later, I called AT&T from my phone by dialing 611. I explained what happened, and have talked to 3 service reps over the course of a week. All 3 service reps told me this is a problem at the AT&T stores and that they get these calls everyday. The AT&T service rep removed the plans from my contract and apologized. It is now clear to me why the store rep told me to back off and not watch her enter my information on her screen. I now realize she did not want me to see her enroll me in these programs and that she counts on people not noticing that they have been charged for things they did not ask for and did not approve.

I guess the store doesn't look for employees with any personality.
