I think Yelp would help with foot traffic. We planned our day around driving down to Dover to a different toy store. The other one was cool but didn't take us all day so we grabbed a bite and decided to see if there was anything else around. We found this little place 20 minutes out of the way. Google said they had classic Beast Wars toys. That's our jam. This place was everything we wanted the first one to be. Great selection of classic toys. Especially 90's X-men. Totally reasonable pricing and most were brand new. Even G1 Transformers still boxed up. So we decided to ask if the owners had anything in the back that wasn't out yet and BAM! G1 Dinobots in the box came from the back! They also showed us a lot they just picked up but won't be on the shelf for a few weeks. :( The owners were so awesome. They are super passionate about collecting and helping others collect. That's why they don't have their prices like most places. I mean where ya gonna get unopened classic X-Men for $5?!? ARE YOU CRAZY?!? Batman the animated series. Large wrestling section. Ninja turtles(not in boxes but bagged). I honestly had stopped collecting action figures for a lot time and liquidated my collection but this place makes me want back in. Anyway even if you aren't near this joint take a road trip. It's well worth it if you are a collector. Don't be scared to ask if they have stuff they haven't put out yet. Oh yeah they had classic Beast Wars in the boxes. Google didn't lie.

They are all about pushing their favorite contact lens brands (try this, try that), here's another brand we want you to try, now come back in 2 weeks. Always wanting you to make another appt. They don't call you back when you leave a message. I asked them to email me my prescription so I could just order my contacts myself from online. They told me their email doesn't work! Well apparently their USPS doesn't work either because I never received the prescription in the mail either. Fed up with this place! Me and my husband are going somewhere else. They are all about charging your insurance for office visits, 4, 5, and 6 times.

Was a patient here since 2018. In 2025, they charged me for a contact lens fitting, which was…read moreactually covered by my vision insurance. They filed claims for all services provided but refused to file the contact lens fitting. They said I was using non formulary contact lenses and my fitting wasn't covered. Had to get my vision insurance involved who instructed them to file the claim and they filed an internal grievance about DECC. Took forever to get my refund after my vision insurance paid them for the contact lens fitting (vision insurance filed a second internal grievance about DECC about the refund). Total experience took 3 months from eye appt to refund. Ridiculous. Won't be returning. Be careful with this place.

The Tanger Outlets are a nice shopping option in the Rehoboth Beach area. The only downside is that the outlets aren't all in one centralized location. You have to drive to different sections along and across the road to visit all the stores, so you'll find yourself getting in and out of your car multiple times if you want the full shopping experience. Overall, it's a good place to browse, and you may find some bargains, but it's not a conveniently centralized setup.

The stores had decent sales, but the biggest draw is no sales tax. They have some online coupons, but the app isn't the best. It doesn't always show the store when you search for it. A few times, I tried searching for a store, and it didn't appear only after I had already made a purchase and was checking for another store. They have a lot of bathrooms, and they are clean and spacious.

This place is setup in the typical "vendor stall" setup that's common with antique multi-stores where each little booth is a separate seller. Overall it provides a better experience for the customer with a plethora of different vendors and things to peruse. Sometimes these larger malls are a little bit cumbersome to navigate and I find myself thinking "oh crap, have I done this room yet?" but Antique Alley was kind enough to have arrows on the floor to direct you through their space, to make sure that you were able to see everything and not have to double back.

The floor guy started telling me all about it, what generation it was, how well I've evidently been taking care if it based on the lack of fraying of the logo itself. Was really nice to hear from someone with so much passion for the brand. Having said all of that, this is NOT an outlet. Prices are pretty normal (high) though they have a lot of stuff at discounts. This time my son and I each got 30%-40% off of our shirts, plus mysterious UA gift card. So keep that in mind: great place to shop but don't expect outlet prices.

These items should stay in their original sale areas. Then, to add to my unnecessary trip upstairs, signs are posted to check out with customer service. I must wait for the staff to finish ringing up purchases if I have a customer service issue. Customer service should be customer service and nothing more or less. We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. If I wanted the off-price store experience, I would visit an off-price store. Give us back our customer service personnel and place all sale items in their respective areas.

What I thought were sheets turned out to be a duvet cover. As soon as I realized the mistake I immediately went back to the store to make an exchange. I was met by the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. I explained the situation and was told all sales are final. Lexi went on to lie and say she told me at checkout what I was purchasing stating it is their policy to do so. There were 2 of us checking out, my daughter in law and I both heard Lexi say "These are standard size pillow cases, are you aware of that?" To which we both replied yes. She never mentioned the duvet, had she done so we would have realized the error immediately. The duvet was in the bin labeled Queen size SHEETS. It was an honest mistake. I was not asking for a refund, just a simple exchange. I have been buying S&L since 2009 but am sad to say they lost a good customer. Will never shop at any Serena and Lily store/outlet/online again. I reached out to Manager and customer support with no luck. The lack of respect for loyal customers begins with their corporate team and ends with local store managers.
