So came to this store next and had a completely different customer experience. Walked right in and was met with a friendly smile. Was able to get the new phone and the whole process took less than an hour. The gentleman put the screen protector on also and did a fantastic job. Horrific experience. They/them was eager to greet me, until I asked for assistance removing an old phone # I no longer used from my Verizon account. She immediately changed her tone and said "we don't do that" I asked where I could go to find someone helpful and she said nowhere and I had to call VZW customer service. Then to find out that the store opened a new line for the phone (which I did not approved) and charged the new iPhone in payments ($132!!) Absolutely the worst customer service. Bought a $40 charging cord on my way out of town. Since they don't sell apple cords for iPhones it did not work with my car play. I drive across down one week later because I work during their business hours. Drove 35 minutes out of my way on a Saturday. For them to read the receipt for ten minutes and the look at the box. To have someone come out from the back to tell me you have to come back when the manager comes back because the box the cord came in has a small tear where you opened it. Absolutely terrible response and treatment. Avoid this store at all costs. I left my box and cord in there because I am not driving back. It's useless. So if the manager wants to call me back he can otherwise I'm making a claim with my card holder. AVOID this store. At the time of purchase it took forever to make the purchase as well. And the guy working told the guy helping me if he was clocked out and that he shouldn't wear that shirt to work. That he couldn't believe he didn't see it all day. You don't talk to your employees about dress code in front of a waiting customer as he's running my card. they charge $40 for a non working cord and don't want to return it because the small tear when opening the box. Why would you reuse that box anyway if the cord doesn't work? Garbage customer service. Sad. They asked when I bought it when the receipt was in their hand. Maybe the new employee didn't put it in the system correct and they had to find an excuse to tell me they didn't know how to do the return. read more

Switched over from TMobile to Verizon on Friday. I kept hoping sprints service was going to get better with the merge, but we had finally had enough of living in a dead zone in the middle of the city. Visited this store to see current promotions, at the time 10/2021, they offered free phones (3) and buy out 1 contract from. SPRINT, And lower monthly service. Wrong, wrong, wrong, This has been a total nightmare. From day 1. 1st phones did not work for 3 days, 1 was a business line, absolutely unacceptable. 2. The Manager we purchased the phones from, did no follow up, had to wait till she was in office, why another associate could not help, is unacceptable. 3. Returned 1 of the phones within the 1st 14 days, to another phone. Which should have been a free phone. No not free! I have paid activation fee and taxes, also paying for free phone. I have tried to rectify the situation 4 plus times. Actually going to go to 3 TV. As I have talked to customer service, manager, and in person at another Verizon store. Told me, the manager who exchanged phone, made a mistake and did not apply the promotion. HE would send a ticket to clear the situation up, nope, still being charged for free phone. I have been on hold for over 1 hrs. And still no resolution. Worst service ever! Not the phones, the company verision. read more

The way I was treated tonite made me want to change phone companies. Employee had a horrible attitude, asked me my number 5x, seemed really dumbfounded by the fact I was returning a phone and disconnecting a line. He wasted 30 minutes of my time, did not want to call Verizon's office for me, and saw zero issue with blowing off the fact that if I didn't get the phone returned today or would cost me $400. If you like being lied to, feel free to go to this store. I went in to purchase a new iPhone and consider looking at a new iPad. It was my own mistake not realizing it wasn't an actual Verizon store, won't do that again. The manager was training a new kid, and couldn't have been more condescending to him. It was so unprofessional. But I know why he's the manager, because he scams people left and right so he probably seems like a great salesman. He told me there was a promo that if I buy a new iPhone I could get a discount on the iPad. Sold. I said I don't want any payments, I want to pay for them outright. Want the bill to just be for service only. Ok, he says. So I pay for what I thought was the total for the phone and iPad. Look at my paperwork later and he has set me up for payments on the iPad. The discount never existed, he just added that amount to my service bill. Called the store, it's his word against mine he says. I paid it off and switched carriers. LIARS!!!! This store is terrible! The person who sold me my tablet told me that It had a flash. When I found out later that It did not have a flash I took it back and they refused to give me my money back. Then the so-called manager said he would give me $150 credit on my Verizon bill which he NEVER DID. He also said he was going to increase my plan 2 GB which he NEVER DID. He also told me he was going to remove my $10 a month fee for my tablet which he NEVER DID. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves to let this kind of crap happen. read more

Stay away from this store. Doesn't honor their promises. Go to a real Verizon store. Bought wife a phone for Christmas. Was told they would credit the amount owed on existing phone once I turned it in. Asked them to contact me because it was a gift. Leading up to Christmas, they called her twice and texted her two times asking her how she liked her new phone. Went to activate it yesterday and they said they didn't have record of the credit they promised. Drove home to get the receipt to return the unopened phone in the box. When we returned guy said we didn't give him a chance to try to find the credit. Returned phone anyway due to frustration and now out the $50 restocking fee for a phone box that was never opened. This location was so amazing and conveniently close to my house. I bought a bioware phone screen with unlimited replacements. I had it replaced about 3 or 4 times. Today I went in around noon, brand new employee who had no idea what he was doing. I asked about a replacement screen, to which he replied, "Yeah to be honest we don't really carry those anymore." Okay. Fine. So what about a replacement battery? "Yeah, no we don't really carry those." Perfect. Glad this trip was worthwhile. Didn't give any suggestions or anything helpful. Do not go to this Verizon store! I went to switch over from AT&T and talked with a sales guy Gerardo. He totally lied to my mother and I to get the sale of transferring over 5 lines which included two new phones. My main goal was to lower our bill. He promised me to help out with the first bill or two, we would get $300-400 in gift cards help pay. I wasn't happy with $40 each line of activation fees. But agreed because we were supposed to get visa cards to help out. I turned in my phone for the new IPhone 11 and was told that my mom would get a Samsung phone for free but would have to pay for taxes(no big deal). For the last 3 bills I have received I keep getting charged for her phone. Come to find out, the sales guy Gerardo, gave her a phone that was more expensive than the free amount allowed. So not only did she have to pay for the taxes, we now have to pay the difference in the two phones. It has been a nightmare. read more
