Absolutely worst customer service at this location. Nick and Damon both are of no help and push expensive products that do not work. Nick will constantly speak over you if you don't agree with what he is saying and will not work toward a resolution. Highly recommend going to a different Verizon store if you have questions about your bill or products to protect your phone. read more

Petty. Still can't get the phone off my bill that i returned 6 days later. Rude cause i changed my service plans online instead of with them. And major time wasters. Oh yeah, they also were supposed to call as soon as my phone arrived, because they only stock 2 phones (cheap). They didn't realize i get tracking info, and interrupted them playing with my new phone since they didn't call yet. This is a terrible store. The one across from Jungle Jim's in Fairfield helped me correct some of the issues, quick, professionally, and without any salesman bs or cost Going there from now on. My wife and I were desperate to upgrade our phones and I was required by my job to switch to a personal account, so after trying several times to make the switch using the Verizon website we finally just got in the car and headed to the store. Though my problem getting my account transferred took longer than I'd hoped, I know the issue was with the company system and not the local folks as they could not have been more helpful. When we did get our new account and phones, we even decided to purchase Apple Watches as well. Again, the guys at the store were extremely knowledgeable and got us just exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Yes, there were times we had to wait while other customers were being attended to, but I can't fault the store for being busy. Overall, I am pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend the Oxford Verizon store to others. read more

My iPhone got stuck in perpetual search mode while I was on my way to a stay in Oxford. I tried every internet fix to no avail. Stopped at another Verizon store on my drive where they pushed a few buttons and told me I should either buy a SIM card (that was unreturnable if it didn't work) or just get a new phone. In under 5 minutes the employee at the Oxford location had solved the problem and had my phone up and running. She was knowledgeable and friendly and a lifesaver to this driver on a road trip with no useable phone. read more

I use to love going in there cause I always had great service till a few days ago. I decided to get a different phone and got such an awful service and felt so uncomfortable cause the person waiting on me was pissed at me for changing my mind! I will do business online for now on which kinda sucks cause I live 3 mins from the store. Keep in mind you have 14 days to trade and get a different device and I was within that 14 days. read more

After being a 15 year customer of Verizon, I am discontinuing my service because of the service and staff of this store. Between the arrogance, vulgarity, and lack of professionalism by Amanda (the store manager) I can see why this store has such low customer service reviews. During a recent upgrade I was subjected to the personal political views, dancing, rudeness, vulgarity, & complete lack of professionalism. It would be more pallet-able from a teenager, but not a middle aged overweight woman wearing an inappropriate wardrobe. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to leave my truly feelings of service, since she controlled the clipboard & pre-filled everything one her own reviews. What an amazing store. This staff is phenomenal. Everyone was extremely nice. I was in and out really quick. The skinny boy is extremely knowledgable with iPhones. He said he was a certified "Apple Master" and he knew every answer to my phone related questions. read more
