I have since moved out of state, and they expect me to come into that store to rectify the situation. When I stated that I am out of state, and an hour away from any local att&t store, and wanted to make sure they could see that i traded my phone in before I made an hours trip, he stated that he cannot be responsible for someone else's incompetence. When I stated, this was his store's incompetence, he hung up on me and the ATT&T agent that connected us! HUNG UP ON US!!! So, this store not only lost my phone trade in, this was unacceptable behavior, he was rude and condescending, and he should NOT have a job, especially managing in anything in the customer service field going further. As far as Customer Service by phone, they were no use either. They say they cannot help me, it is all done within the store I bought it. Again, I have moved out of state. 25+ years as a customer means nothing anymore! So disgusted!
