I asked them to call me with an estimate before doing the work and they did not. I asked for an itemized receipt and the woman behind the desk treated me horribly for asking. I left a note for the technician to call me to tell me what he did and he has not called me back yet - that was 4 days ago. So far - the computer is running well but I'll be looking for another place to take my computer the next I need repairs.

These people (Joe) farmed me off to a company called Geosync Communications (Sam) and I was told he was supposed to bring me out a new modem. He actually showed up once but not with a modem. I made another appointment with this guy/company but he never showed and will not return my calls. I had brought in my iPad to have a screen replaced in November. They had told me that if they had…read moreto order a screen that it may take a bit longer than normal and I said that was fine. After three weeks of not hearing anything I did receive a phone call and was told that while they replaced my screen they broke the center button and will have to order a new one. I said ok and after 4 weeks I hadn't heard anything and called and was told they were still waiting for the part. A week later I received a phone call letting me know that they had fried the mother board of my iPad and had to order a new iPad in to replace mine. A few days later I was called to let me know that my iPad arrived and was ready for pick up. They asked me where the Sim card was and I had left it in my old device that was damaged but it wasn't there any longer. When I arrived I was still charged for the screen repair of $200 dollars which I thought was a bit weird due to them taking two months to damage and replace the original but either way I paid it and left. I'm still puzzled where the Sim card went and why with my new device I never received a box with it just was handed it and walked out after paying. The customer service was not the best and the small town nice feeling was definitely not there. I worked with AT&T and will be getting a new sim card but as much as I like to shop local I won't be able to work with them again or even recommend them to anybody.

The line was not moving at all. We needed to get back to work so we decided to stop after work. Instead of being 5th in line we were now the 3rd in line after checking in. We waited almost 1 hour for them to check the equipment in which took maybe 3 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous! They should have a self serve option or be better staffed. Seems like most people that stop here are doing something with cell service. You should have someone that only handles non-cell related issues there was 2 people ahead of us both getting new phones or signing up for cell service. Have a better process and dont make people wait so many people came in and walked out. This is not a customer service focused location.
