Since I was on my way between two work function I had no time to head back home to pick up what I…read moreforgot. And to add insult to injury, I had the head of my deodorant pop out and fall on the floor. So needed to restock on at least one item. I am sure I had more items on this visit to get, but I was hyper focused on the need to not stink. First, I hated how hard it was to navigate in the parking lot. Why did it feel like I was a pinball going up the track to plink my way down to a parking spot? Next, the layout of this store was a bit hard to understand. I felt like this location didn't follow the norm for the layouts that stores usually follow. I was about halfway through the store before I felt like giving up and finding a register. Not to worry, I did find my deodorant, saving me another stop on my way to my destination. Made my way to the registers, and I feel like this location pushes you towards using the self checkouts. There were not many registers open that allowed a customer to be dealt with by an associates. In fact, I feel like there were more associates surrounding the self checkout area. With that, why only have four of these and push a majority of people here. Not everybody knows how to use them, and with that, not everybody SHOULD used them.

Easy to schedule free delivery and to take away old 200 lb TV ($100 fee to dispose of old TV, worth it in our opinion). Delivery people were quick and competent. Delivered TV when they said they would. Unboxed, installed stand, and set it in place. Turned on to check that it worked. Took away box and packing. Completed installation to theater surround system and other components myself. Only hiccup in the installation was due to the width of the stand. We had planned on swapping our two original TVs and placing the new TV on our 41¾" table. The big screen store stand online measurements make no sense and Samsung lists it as 40" wide. It is actually 42¼" wide. We decided we were fine with putting the new TV where the TV we were disposing of was. Delivery people took this change in plans in stride.

I already assume its one of three things.. One of two circuit boards or the LEDs Backlights themselves. Can you help me with this?" Immediately and almost to the point of interrupting me he says "This aint no hobby shop, you bring your TV in & it'll cost $50 for me to look at it, and then i'll quote you an additional repair cost." I persist, explaining how I'd be willing to order the required part through him, and even pay him for this service. Again, Albert interrupts me and even starts to talk over my inquiries while smugly shaking his head no and says: "This aint no hobby shop, not interested, goodbye" (and he repeats "not interested, goodbye" continually until I leave his store. Soooo... Short-story long, Al's TV Service Center is apparently doing soo well, so much so that it can afford to alienate new customers within a mere 5-minute interaction. 1/5 Stars, would not recommend.
