His lack of knowledge about T mobile services, plans, and pricing was a glaring reminder that these companies nor its employees care about quality or customer service. He provided me with incorrect information multiple times and when I asked for specifics about WiFi upload and download speeds he proceeded to tell me he didn't know that information. I asked him if they had any placards or printed sheets in the store with the details of each plan and he told me they don't. This is wholly unacceptable and one of the worst retail experiences that I have ever encountered. How is one to make an informed decision without knowing exactly what they are choosing. He then tells me that I would need to look it up on my cell phone on the website. If the purpose of visiting the store is to receive professional assistance, why are customers being directed to perform self-service? He was so useless, and unaware that I believe he was intentionally being obtuse. If you don't want to service the public, find a job you actually like instead of wasting people's time. T-Mobile do better!

So they got the money back, bad business for AT&T. This is from their 800 caller, if the money was not taken off the card why not issue another card?
