Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I walked into the store, was not greeted and then proceeded to wait 25 minutes. An elderly woman walks in at the 25 minute mark, is there for 5 minutes and the sales rep sees her first, stating "she has an appointment." I then proceed to wait another 20 minutes (yes, I was there first and got to wait until she was done with her "appointment"). I waited a total of 45 minutes to then be told they don't even have the phone in stock and it would "take a few weeks" to order. Maybe they should have led with that when I walked in. This Verizon location has ZERO regard for your time, money, or loyalty. I have been with Verizon for 22.5 years (since I turned 16 and got my first phone), however, today's experience has inspired me to find a new provider. I have never been so disappointed in a business as I was today. The 2 men in the store had zero regard for my wait time and saw no issue with allowing someone who entered the store almost a half an hour after me to be seen first, which then doubled my wait time and I didn't even end up with a phone. I went to Hartland store here in Michigan because my apple phone was not working .The salesman proceeded tell to me that the Apple phone was junk considering they have a court issue . I continue to tell the salesmen that I would like my apple phone fixed considering I had insurance and like the product . I asked him what the return policy was for a new Apple phone he said 14 days . I inform him that I was going to get my broken phone fixed and buy another new Apple phone knowing there was a return policy and if I return it was going to cost me $35.00 stocking fee. The salesmen went in back room and came out said my Manger said he would not sell me any phone in the Store because he felt I might bring it back and $35.00 does not cover his cost .This is a Franchise Store too and he told me to go to a Cooperative Store so really they dont follow the 14 days return policy which is stated on there wall signs in the store . Customer Service said they are going to put in a complaint. I will continue to address this higher up the ladder that the salesman refuse to sell me a phone because he thinks I might return it and not following 14 days return policy . Very unhappy with this store and how they treat there Customers . Verizon said they are going to look into is issue with this store. Probably one of my best experiences with a Verizon store. I came in to ask a question about my voicemail. The gentleman explained how the visual voice mail feature worked and set it up on my phone for me. He also told me things that I didn't understand about my phone and my account. He was patience and not condescending. The customer in front of me was a very old lady and he was so patient with her too. Even though this store is way out of my way I will make a point of coming back here. read more

That individual is no longer with the company, and it appears as though Wireless Zone has a much improved level of Customer Service and addresses concerns promptly and professionally. Pretty much the worst retail experience I've ever had. I could write a book about these people but to sum it up. I went in to upgrade to a smart phone. The whole process took an hour and a half. Not only did they screw up how thing were entered they didn't bother to put texting which was already on the Verizon phone I was transferring the number from on the new phone. My bill ended up being around $80.00 per month more than it should have been and that wasn't from just the texting charges. They made other mistakes with my billing too. It took 3 months to and several visits to straighten things out. They said that they were going to send me a refund check from directly from their store which never came. They were terrible about returning calls. The people I worked with had no clue what they were doing (they tried to add texting back to my plan on two occasions and couldn't get it figured out). it was also pretty apparent that they didn't care about what they were doing. In the end I had to get my refund and account adjustments from Verizon itself. I wouldn't go back to this store if they were giving out the latest iphone for free! I'm not a jerk who goes around writing a bunch of bad reviews in fact this is the only bad review I've written on Yelp. These guys are the absolute worst. I have added my response to the owners comment below. When I finally got my refund it was from calling Verizon directly. I was told I was getting a check from your store. I waited a couple weeks and never received it. When I came in the store for the umpteenth time to see where the check was I was then informed that I would get an account credit which I didn't get until I called corporate. If you have documentation to prove otherwise I will revise that part of my review. You are still getting a 1 start review regardless. I got your message. To little to late. You got responded in a hurry when you saw a bad review. It's to bad you weren't more responsive when I was actually having issues. I have no intention of returning your calls or changing my rating. I called two days prior to coming in to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock (which they did), and that I wanted option on how to get out of my droid and back to iPhone. When I got there they serviced me perfectly! Super nice guys, very knowledgeable. I will only be going here from now on! read more

I purchased a phone charger from this store. At the time of purchase, the slick salesman told me the charger came with a lifetime guarantee and that if I ever had any issues with it, I could bring it back for a replacement. At the time of the sale, I figured it would be worth spending the extra money on a charger that came with a replacement guarantee. About 1 year after purchase, the charge started "acting up". I brought it back to the store and was told "sorry, you need to talk to the manufacturer". I explained the them the guarantee that was promised to me, and their response was "sorry but any of that information would be on our old system and we can't access that system anymore". Nice excuse as to why you cant stand behind the products and warranties that your salesman are pitching to your customers. Pathetic! Will never shop here again. read more

I will never buy another product at this store. I purchased a iPhone 6s plus at verizon ann arbor. I had a very difficult time with their service and decided I will take my phone an leave because I cannot handle how poorly i was treated. I wanted accessories to protect my 800$ phone still. I bought a case and screen protector at hartland verizon. Both have issues which came up within the 14 day period. The verizon store can do nothing for me. I am currently working with the manufacturer to get both replaced. This has resulted in a waste of time and a waste of money for me. TL;DR Buy your case on amazon and save yourself wasting your time and money with these sales people and their empty promises. read more

When my mom's phone came in we went to activate it; We met with James Taylor who was patient and took the time to explain the new phone to my mom and made sure all her stored contacts were on her new phone.
