All my questions and needs were tended to in a professional, efficient, friendly, attentive and timely manner. I believe in taking the time to recognize when an employee goes above and beyond, especially when no one is looking. Alyssa was the staffer's name and she was awesome! So much so that's it's very difficult to envision her as on the same "team" as that other employee. I hope Alyssa's boss reads this. She needs to be recognized and rewarded immediately!!!

The store's phone goes to a central "virtual" center who knows where. They can't or won't contact the store. And neither will the chat folks on their website. Also, the website indicates that sales staff does not earn commissions, but they do earn kickbacks from the companies they represent and you're steered to that particular salesperson's brand.
