I'm impressed with several things; the clarity of the sound, the volume is more than loud enough and having my phone connected for calls, texts and music was the icing on the cake. So to speak. My wife liked my new stereo so much she is getting the same Pioneer in her car. I'll be going back again for new speakers and a new kind of subwoofer by Pioneer soon. We asked about their tool loaner program -- something they publicly advertise. The older gentleman who first greeted us had a crumby attitude from the start. He seemed irritated by our presence, cut us off mid-sentence, and quickly denied us without much explanation. His tone and body language made us feel completely unwelcome -- and frankly, it felt like more than just a bad mood. On the flip side, the younger guy with glasses was polite, helpful, and really tried to assist us. Unfortunately, the older employee kept butting in and overriding everything, refusing to let us borrow tools even though the younger guy was clearly willing to help. It was frustrating and disappointing. We left feeling disrespected and turned to Advance Auto down the street -- where we were helped without judgment or hassle.
