In the kindest way possible, an office building full of incapable people that basically know their name and how to refer to to the website because they don't have any actual technical knowledge. Switched from AT&T 6 years ago to do an iPhone trade in - got my new phone and they lost my iPhone trade in so never got credit for it. Fast forward today, I have that same phone and plan that I traded in for. Come to find out my original plan doesn't exist anymore and is an out of date plan that they were absolutely fleecing me on compared to pricing and capabilities of new data plans. They really didn't help me. I came in with my phone glitching. They didn't even look at it and said I could buy a new phone or go online and file a claim and I would get a new phone. Did exactly that and didn't help me in the slightest bit. The claim wasn't even able to happen. Called the number I was given and it didn't help me either. read more

My daughter and I visited the Verizon Store on State Road 32 in Westfield. She traded in her old iPhone for an iPhone 15 Pro. The store manager helped us and he couldn't have been more patient. He took the time to explain to her all the considerations of getting a new phone, without making her feel foolish for asking so many questions. My daughter has a very demanding job which doesn't allow for much free time. However, she took the time to drive to Westfield from Fountain Square to purchase a new phone. Even though there were many locations that would have been closer for her, she was glad that she went out of her way to go to this store, as we had never had such a wonderful customer service experience. read more

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro. They had to order the one I wanted and when it came in -- the Verizon system was glitching so I had to come back later to activate and set-up the phone. My advisor was Max. He made what could have been an unpleasant situation into a very good experience. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed getting to know him while we got my new phone up and running. He is a valuable asset to your store. read more

I ordered an Apple Watch when I went in to get a new phone for my wife. They had limited stock on phones, but picked one up my wife settled for. I ordered the watch and was told what day I could pick it up. The customer service representative failed to inform me they were closed that day. Avoid this place like they all have every variation of COVID. read more

Absolute horrible customer service. These folks will work to wrap you up in extended warranty and accessories to increase your bill, but will not support their product when you have problems. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. read more

Ordered a phone through Verizon and selected this store as the pickup location. They did not have the phone in stock and just decided not to tell us. Jason offered no solutions and deflected the blame to Verizon when I called to check in on the status of the order. Might be a good idea to give someone a heads up when not being able to fulfill an order in the future. read more

Poor customer service. Received notification that our pre-ordered phones had been delivered to the store. Stopped in to pick them up on a weekday evening. With reduced hours and only one person working, we were told they didn't have time to help us and we were welcome to come back during the day tomorrow (of course we are working). A lot of hassle to pick up pre-ordered phones with a simple service transfer. read more

Having problems with my iPhone connecting on anything I own. Went to the Westfield Verizon store thinking I would buy new. Mine is old. Two gentlemen were sitting behind the counter with no one else in the showroom . I explained my problem and wanted to know what options I have. The guy doesn't leave his chair. I set my phone down on the counter and say it won't pair with anything sometimes. He looks over the phone and finally gets out of his chair and walks over to pair it with a speaker they have. I hear the chime and he says It works fine It must be your truck. I can pair my Wife's phone when my phone will not. It doesn't connect with anything I own. He says I don't know what to tell you. I think its your truck. I went in this store to buy a phone. I left this store without one. And now I have the opportunity to shop. New plan, New service, New opportunity for someone else to get my business. I stopped in from Mowing my Moms Acreage and I was dirty. I think I got profiled. Here's what happened... We went to the location below to upgrade 2 iPhones... 330 E State Rd 32 Unit B Westfield, IN 46074 As we were purchasing, Alexis (manager) told us they had moved stores recently and there had been problems with UPS deliveries, however we wouldn't have to worry since it WILL be shipping FedEx. I had the tracking for both shipments... one was FedEx.. the other.. you guessed it.. UPS. On the day of delivery, the tracking stated that the UPS delivery was being shipped back to the sender due to wrong address. It doesn't end there. first we tried calling and Trevor the employee said well, you were warned. The first suggestion was a refund, however the manager later told us we could not get a refund nor pick up the phone that was delivered by FedEx. We tried calling three times that day and each time the manager said she was with a customer and couldn't help (guess we aren't customers). That night, she assured us the phone will be there same night as the district manager was picking it up right now. Without calling us back, it never arrived. She assured she would call back in the morning and let us know what was happening. She never did. We called at noon the next day, she said the district manager was seeing what they can do and she called back. She never did. A day later, she said she would order another phone but didn't know what carrier or when it would be here. Frustrated, but polite throughout the whole experience, I called customer service at Verizon. I didn't want anything other than to file a complaint, but he offered to overnight a phone and waive the upgrade fees. I wanted to wait until a refund had been given to me even though I've been refused already. I spoke with the manager about this, she denied that any of these things are possible. We currently have no phones, no tracking, and the money has already come out of my bank account. She said she would call us today, but lo and behold, she's off. It's been six days. read more
