The repair shop employee or owner was not true to his word on when it would be done, blaming the parts that were received and taking no responsibility in ordering the wrong parts. Very bad communication! I called him multiple times from my dad's phone and e-mailed, as he was supposed to keep me updated via either source and never did and only called back very late in the day like right before closing. Had me come to pick up the phone only to tell me once I arrived that he had just opened the parts received and realized he couldn't do anything. He said I would have to come back, but to try to be a big sport and make up for the inconvenience he said he would throw in a plastic screen cover. Once he was actually able to get my screen repaired, & came back begrudgingly to pick it up, he said the wrong phone screen cover arrived, again taking zero responsibility and not seeing how ridiculous he sounded. He told me I could return once again to get that once he re-ordered - had nothing in Stock. I declined, as I would never want to return to this establishment ever again!
