Her issue was with Apple and not Spectrum and he tried to tell her that MULTIPLE times until she raised her voice calling him incompetent. He offered her to speak to a manager the following day and she refused, so he asked her to leave as she was just continuing to be a problem. She refused to leave and she even grabbed his name tag off his chest! She was entitled and escalated the whole situation. She left on her way to complain about him to another Spectrum store, but I assure you, she was the problem. I upgraded my daughter's phone who is serving in the military overseas so she cannot get it herself and no one explained to me that the SIM would be locked and she could not use the phone for at least 90 days! I have been paying the bill for a year and a half just so that she can keep and use that number while she is overseas. She uses an overseas SIM card so that her local calls don't cost an arm and a leg. She has been unable to use the phone and Gerald was very rude about the whole thing. If Verizon can unlock the SIM at 90 days, they can unlock it at 30 days. He also would not guarantee me that it would even be unlocked after 90 days or if I paid off the phone in full. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. It is ridiculous that I have to pay for a phone and my daughter can't even use it. You should consider some additional customer service training for management.

Even if you arrive early and stand outside in Florida's oppressive heat before they open, there's no guarantee you'll be served first. On my latest visit I was first in line and tried to check in, but the kiosk was out of order. Staff said they'd "take care of me" but proceeded to serve everyone else instead. They processed quick bill payments and ignored the fact that I was there to purchase a $700 piece of equipment. The lack of customer service is shocking. Employees seem indifferent to customers who aren't there to pay a bill. There's no apology, no sense of urgency, and no communication. This isn't an isolated incident--it's been this way every few years when I've given them another chance. The store may have a convenient location near Best Buy but convenience doesn't make up for being treated poorly. After decades of hoping for improvement, it's clear that customer service simply isn't a priority here. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Time to go over to Best Buy.
