Avoid excess fees and additions that aren't asked for being charged! Review all charges before working with them and before paying for services you don't want. I found this location to be a sneaky little store that added a REDUX plan for my new upgraded phone WITHOUT agreement from me prior to the transaction taking place and final payment, REDUX costs $29.99. Although they got my old phone transferred to the new one within an hour and half, that also cost $39.99 which was not discussed prior to the completion, interesting right? There are about 10% of taxes included on both of those two transactions that had me out-of-pocket over $200 just based on those two "purchased" items. I was told my receipt would be emailed, but it was only my user agreements and payment plan for the new phone. I had to call the helpline in order to get my itemized receipt emailed to me, and upon review I found that REDUX was automatically included. Do better.

Ownership changed to an Authorized Dealer called Crown Wireless and I just got scammed from them with an open box iPhone 12 mini. On Aug 14th Sunday afternoon around 1PM, I paid my visit to this Cricket store thinking it was still a corporate location. To my surprise the store seemed closed. It was dark inside and the open sign was turned off. I thought "this can't be" so I got out of the car and walked up to the door to knock. There were two employees working. I opened the door to ask if the store is open and asked why the open sign wasn't on. Tia who's the assist mgr at the location said it was a mistake and the store is open for business. I wanted to let them know that few customers turned around and left because the open sign wasn't on but I figured that wasn't my business to get involved in so I kept quiet. What's puzzling though is the view from inside the store; the open view of the parking lot is unobstructed and I could see the entire parking lot clearly I knew what I wanted to buy so it was an easy quick sale for Tysean who was the salesperson. The choice came down to either a blue or green iphone 12 mini. Tysean told me green was the last color they had left and it's little bit more unique than the blue so I said "Alright I'll buy the green". Then suddenly I notice something out of ordinary. The blue iphone Tysean was holding had clear factory packaging around the box like normal new iphone packing. But the green one did not have the film around the box and it had an inch sized taped around the phone. So I stopped and asked Tysean and Tia if that phone was an open box. They said no. Tia said it was brand new and that she just took off the film with her nails. (Liar) So after activating the phone I Ieft the store and started driving back home. Then I start noticing more out of ordinary patterns. The phone was dead and couldn't be turned on. Also there was a small dent on the bottom right corner of the phone. I immediately drove back to the store (within 30 minutes) and asked if I can exchange the phone since it clearly was NOT a new one but what do you know, they CAN'T exchange it. I put Tysean on the spot and asked him what he saw from the box as he was activating it. Gracefully Tysean admitted that the green phone did not have any packing films around it to begin with and the phone was dead out of the box so he had to charge it before activating it. That explained the extra waiting time on my first visit but I was touched that there are still people telling the truth. But boy, the assistant manager Tia and Stan (store mgr) DONT GIVE A SH&T about selling customers open box damaged phones and refusing to help. So I tried to take it up the ladder and asked for Crown Wireless Owner's contact information. They said he's on vacation and he doesn't live in Washington. Like it was their excuse to refuse handing out their boss's contact info. They also refused to provide CRICKET CORPORATE OFFICE number. I trusted Tysean and Tia when they reassured me the phone was new and my experience agreed since I've never seen anyone sell an open box iphone as NEW but NOPE. Don't make the same mistake I made folks and avoid getting scammed. Cricket WILL sell you OPEN BOX phones and tell you it's not. Now I have a damaged phone that I paid full price for. Commit the fraud and try to silence is the new business practice with Crown Wireless! Cricket Corporate and Apple should take iphone allocations off from these shady dealers as they don't take their customers seriously. Pathetic!

Matthew helped us for 3.5 hours total over the course of 4 visits because Verizon was doing such a terrible job. Matthew navigated Verizon terrible customer service and finally got my phone activated and we wouldn't have been able to navigate the terrible Verizon phone call support without him. From being transferred to a million departments, gaslit, and literally hung up on Matthew never gave up his dedication to get my phone working.

Although.. there was this one time where I bought a scrapbook paper set.. that was $20.. and I got a coupon for 50% off.. for my next purchase.. wish I had that coupon to buy the scrapbook paper half off! Other than that, I had one other problem yesterday- the cross stich pattern sets. They have separate cross stich needles, strings, and mats... but they don't carry the set ones where everything comes in a package with a design. The lady referred us to go to Joann's for the package sets. We ended up going to Joann's. I did have a good look at Michaels like always. I lvoe just looking around even if I'm not buying anything at the time.

You would think that this would be a quick and simple process... Not. We located exactly what we needed almost immediately. $2.59. Easy self-serve cash purchase and we would be right out... Not. Although there was almost no one at the self checkout, each and EVERY register was posted "card only." So much for self checkout. There were only two "human" cashiers open, so there were lines. So as we waited with our small single purchase and three dollars in hand... there we waited for several minutes. When we were finally rang up, the price was well over $3. And after checking our receipt on our way out of the store, we noticed that we were charge $2.99 plus tax... Needless to say, the shelf price was out of date. There was no visible management to be seen, and what should have taken us less than five minutes, was quickly reaching closer to twenty. And to top it off, the cashier didn't even have any quarters or dimes in their cash register... Change came in pennies and nickels. Terrible service from the bottom up. Next time we'll shop across the highway at Walmart.
