When I spoke to him on the phone I had a few requests. One was that I wanted to hide all wires as to not have an unsightly clutter of mess showing. Two I wanted all of the boxes ran into the hallway closet to free up space under the television. Jason wasted no time getting to work. In less than 30 minutes my television was hanging on the wall and I was watching Netflix. Jason and his team were extremely professional and cleaned up every last speck of dirt the job created. My job may have been a small one but Jason treats you like his biggest customer. However, we have been trying to reach Bob for over a month and no response, not to phone calls, texts, or emails. Apparently he installed in our house long range internet devices (3 of them) and used a controller he brought with him to connect them. Now our Internet IP has changed and they no longer can connect leaving us with no internet in areas of the house. When we called an external company to help us, we had to pay several of hundreds of dollars to get one of them to work by replacing it with a new one. We have 2 more to go. They can't be accessed because he has control over them. To buy new ones will cost us $259 per piece. This situation is very frustrating and costly where he could probably help us to fix this. We offered him money in one of the emails that we send him to help us fix this. Still nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!! This is an unkind act!

They installed the speakers for my 6.1 surround system in a newly painted living room. They could have made it easier on themselves by placing the speakers in other areas but they chose to put them in the areas that would produce the best sound. Not afraid of a challenge.

There had been a 50 inch TV already hanging there which I had removed. I also spoke with them about taking the 50 inch TV and hanging it in another room. The guys recommended pulling the existing mount off the wall and putting a new one on, which I thought was probably what was needed. They tried to push a $250.00 mount, but when I told them I had priced mounts and found them to be between 60-90 dollars, they then said a $100.00 mount might work. They took my information (email) and said they would go back and send me an estimate. This was on a Wed. I didn't receive an email by Thurs. afternoon, so I called them and whomever I spoke with said he would let them know. I made sure they had my correct email. No email was sent the next day on Fri. Called again and spoke with the same person from the previous day. He said he told them (but they were busy) and he would remind them again. It has now been 7 days since they came to the house. Furthermore, the TV was delivered on Sat. (3 days after they originally came) and the guy looked at my wall and said, "I guess you will be putting it up on the wall?" I said yes, but I'll need to get a new mount. He said, "Why, that Omni Mount you have will hold this set." Well, as you can imagine, I was shocked to hear that since the Audio Video Innovation team was trying to sell me a new mount (and a $250 one to boot). Last night, my son-in-law and I hung the new 75 inch TV on the existing mount above the fireplace. It took us a few times to get the adjustments correct, but nevertheless, the Old Mount did work. Long story short, "Why didn't they tell me the existing mount would work?" "Why didn't they ever send me back an email with an estimate?" "Why would they walk away from a job?" They still could have sold me another mount since I wanted the 50 inch hung in a different room. I'm most upset with the fact they wanted to pull an existing mount off a wall (brick, by the way) and then put a new mount into the bricks. Plus the price gouging of trying to sell me a $250 mount when (almost certainly) a $100 mount would have worked. The guys that showed up were personable, but I'm am truly disappointed with the professionalism of this company.
