We received notification the Friday before for a time window of arrival. This service was $99 & was well worth it! The technician, Marco arrived right on time. He put on booties over his shoes which I appreciated. He was friendly, personable & professional. Marco set up to WIFI all of our devices (cell phones, IPads & Laptop) & made sure they all printed. He explained everything he was doing as he went along - even provided helpful pointers...very knowledgeable. Done in 30 minutes & if we have any problems within the next 60 days he would come back & fix it. We were very impressed with Geek Squad, especially Marco & will definitely use them again!

    I wanted to buy a screen protector from Best Buy. That screen protector was $53 dollars or so, mind…read moreyou, I'm a student, that's already expensive enough. I pay the price anyway because I wanted the screen protector for my classes, it was a paper-like screen protector, and I needed it now. I thought it would have been cheaper, but no...anyway, I pay for it, asking for someone who can apply it for me. I ask if I have to pay for the application, and the guy ringing me up says I do. I say never mind and walk out of the store with my screen protector. I later changed my mind and want to have a "professional" apply it for me, I didn't mind paying the $14 dollars, but making me pay $53, okay bro... I asked for someone to apply it for me, and this long-haired guy with a septum piercing said he would try to install it on my iPad. I asked if he would clean my iPad. I already cleaned it, but I wanted it shiny, he says okay I can do that for you. spoiler alert, my iPad comes out dirty...very dirty. What do you mean by try? They made me miss two of my buses...I know that wasn't their fault, but the service there was horrible. I waited an HOUR or two for an installation on my generation 10 iPad. How hard can it be?!? Like genulely. The long-haired guy says he'll try to find someone who can install it for me...so you're telling me that no one in this Best Buy store knows how to install an iPad screen protector, okayyy I got you also making me pay $53 dollars...okayyy. The store later on shuts down due to unknown causes to the customers. Mind you, my iPad was still in the back with the long-haired guy. Since everyone had to evacuate the store, I almost missed my third bus. He gives it back to me. My iPad came back to me very dirty, with an insane amount of bubbles in it, and fingerprints on the screen protector. The long-haired guy said he would refund me by $14 dollars, but who wants $14 dollars refunded when I want my $53? They made me pay $67 dollars in total (I know hehe haha, but focus). They refunded me my $14 dollars, but I want my $53 dollars back. This experience was a waste of my time, it was a waste of my money, and the service there was horrible. No one did anything to solve the issue. They played in my face. Moral of the story, they will play in your face as they did mine, they will also make you pay a crazy amount for little things, such as a screen protector, even if you are a student and everyone in there has horrible customer service, having people wait for hours for such simple questions. I just want my money back.

    I've used Mario and his team 4 times in the past for window tint. They did a great job every time…read more So when I Got my Dream truck a New 2026 Raptor R. I called Mario and his team for tint. He then told me he also did PPF and Ceramic. I decided to have him do the tint and PPF the full front of the truck. I declined the Ceramic as his price was $1000 more then the Ceramic guy I already had. I dropped of my truck on Monday morning and picked it up Thursday afternoon. Had my other guy Ceramic it on Friday. My Ceramic guy pointed out some poorly cut edges to my attention on the fenders. Once I looked I definitely knew that it didn't look right. So, when I reached out to Mario and told him what my Ceramic guy pointed out. He got attitude and told me. "I love it when people that dont do what I do have an opinion of my work." In a very condescending tone. I was immediately put off by this. When I brought the truck in on Monday. He apologized and said he would redo them as soon as he had completed the project he was on. Over 4 weeks passed with no word from Mario. So, I reached out and asked him what's going on. He had a bunch of excuses. He actually told me i was unapproachable. I ended up not wanting him to replace it. I was afraid he would damage the decals underneath when he removed the PPF. He did give me a 600 refund for the fenders. I had to hire another ppf installer to clean up the edges on the other panels he PPF'd. My new PPF guy pointed out that Mario had also cut the paint on the fender of my 130k truck! I texted Mario about it only to be ignored. Its been over a week. I do not recommend Mario. Hes really nice when everything is going right. But when there's an issue he's not the most professional person to deal with. Go somewhere who values your vehicle and time.

He was always willing to work for the customer and wanted to ensure we were happy with everything. He hustles and takes lots of pride in his business. We had an issue with placement of something, he got us in asap and took care of the issue!
