Shoutout to Tabari on how grateful I am with his help and patience. It took me a few days exiting out of my old carrier but, was able to do this with communicating and commitment. I am very happy with my new IPhone 16pro and yes we did a verbal waive my activation after approval from Mike. I was treated with respect and my receipt outlined in detail what my deposit payment, my first payment and my ongoing payment for the next 3 years. My first payment came due and was very pleased. I had problems with my Samsung phone being locked but because I had brought in my tablet with the same google account on it he was able to reset it to factory lay out and put my tablet info back on the phone. Verizon Store at Tomoka town center, Daytona Beach Took my 87 year old Mother to this store to get a new charger cord for her 7 year old flip phone which was a challenge along with the charging port being shot...they offered a "swap out" ( they need to google the definition of "swap out"). Ended up purchasing a new flip phone and then they charged $30 to transfer 60 pics and 30 contacts. Paulo who did all the work was great and gets 5 stars. Came in to buy 3 iPhone 16. All the phones are bolted to the wall and you cannot hold or compare them. The sales person didn't know the difference in the phones and actually tried to look behind one of the ones bolted to the prison wall for which ones had the better cameras. There was no pricing on anything. Sales guy kept chewing on his name tag and wrapping the lanyard around his head. Have to go to the bathroom and the restaurant next door. Much better just to go to Apple or buy online and get the discounts. read more

If I could give no stars I would and this is coming from someone who doesn't write reviews but the Asian women that works at this location that's been with Verizon for 11 years had the nastiest customer service ever never addressed me with a smiled. She was very nasty about my situation which she flipped and made it seem like it was my fault for start my line online and not in person. She repeatedly raised her voice when speaking out my phone plan balance including which wasn't even posted for me to see very loudly every time she spoke about the issue she seemed very money hungry. Tbh she just had a nasty attitude about everything and she doesn't know how to speak to ppl unless ur about to get crazy on her. The worst phone company experience I've ever experienced tbh I wish she told me her name or wore a name tag cause I'd call corporate and report ts. I was in the stpre to buy my son who is in the army a new IPhone 13 with a waterproof case, after getting home we found out they gave us the case for a 12 which didn't fit, I returned to the store today 45 minutes each way and exchanged it for what they said was a waterproof otter case and after getting home my son looked it up and found out it wasn't waterproof. I came into this store a week after my father passed away with my Mom to help settle her account and get my father's part of the plan removed. I found the people to be extremely inconsiderate and rude with no respect for our situation. They were not helpful and even brought my poor mother near tears during this most difficult time. And the store manager hid while the sales person struggled to get nowhere. They should all be ashamed of themselves! And to top it off, once I left the store and called the company's main number, they were able to fix everything and keep the exact plan just removing my father's portion with no hassle! I was so sad that SIRI stopped talking to me. I went to seek help at the Verizon store and waited 3 hours for assistance. I have an iPhone 6 and I thought maybe it's just the mic? Anyway I waited... There solution to my problem was a software issue. I need to get a new phone or call apple support to reset and wipe my phone. My phone is two years old and to get a new phone because SIRI does not work? I left the store and looked sadly at my phone. I hit the settings button and scrolled down to reset? Several weeks ago I went to Verizon store in Daytona Beach. I needed to change from another carrier to Verizon because the previous carrier had smaller coverage. We had excellent service from Jonathan at this store. Luckily he answered the phone when I called the night before. He checked to make sure the phones were there, that the promotion would still be there today, and put the phones on hold for us (they were the only 2 available for miles). He was very patient and helpful as we transferred the data from our old phones to the new ones. We will definitely return to there. read more

Wouldn't go in this store if I was on fire and they had the only water around. Went here while in Daytona on business and phone quite working. Had to use an upgrade on another phone...no problem, but realized afterwards that the phone i got was used. Wasn't told that. Also was a piece of crap thats why it was returned. Know for fact because it had someone elses pics in it. When talking to salesman he told me there was no difference between this phone and another model...another lie. Finally, when I got home realized phone was junk and had to get a new one, I had to burn up another upgrade to chage phones. I was having problems with my phone not receiving calls. Went into this store twice, two different store employees helping, and there answer was that I had call forwarding turned on. (I did not) One went as far to tell me that someone could *72 then enter my phone number from their phone and have my incoming calls come directly to there phone. She said that she would prove it using her phone. She did not follow through with her example because I told her that she was wrong. Then she said she could not help me. To go home and call Verizon customer support and they'll be able to turn off call forwarding. I went home call and explained the problem to customer service they told me she was crazy and helped me solved the problem. Customer service over the phone 5 stars. This store no help at all. Thanks for nothing Verizon Wireless in Daytona Beach. After 5 years of service with Verizon, I dropped them like a bad habit after dealing with these liars. The representative sold me on a HTC Thunderbolt saying that it would do all of these amazing new things with 4g coverage in Daytona and Ormond Beach. 3 hours and $300 dollars later, I left the store with my old phone and no service and $300 in fees... Do yourself a favor and visit any cellular provider but VERIZON WIRELESS as the employees are operating at a 3rd grade capacity and have no idea how to even work their own computer once they do sell you a bag of lies! I went with AT&T and got the new Iphone 4 which is a GSM that Verizon will never have and so much more advanced than Verizon's CDMA/LTE which is great for sufing the web on a Commodore 64 at dial up speeds :) read more

bought a phone and returned 7 days later back in july 6th 2013 and still havent received my refund check....incompetant!!

I hate going to phone stores because I usually leave there spending money on a repair that should be free. I'm also not a tech guy and could care less which accessories my phone has, as long as it makes calls and I can text. So....I got a CrackBerry as a gift for Christmas and 8 months later the speakers just stop working with no explanation. I finally went to get it fixed and was told that I would need to buy a refurbished phone for $50 at the store instead of going through my insurance plan(same price as deductible), that way I wouldn't have to wait 2 days for the replacement. The phone is only 8 months old and under a 12 month warranty, however, since I switched accounts after activating the phone my warranty was basically cancelled. I tried not to be mad about this but after questioning the a product of 8 months breaking the staff at this Verizon location was more than helpful and waived any and all charges. Needless to say, this made my Sunday a happy one! They reset my phone, hooked up my email again, and transferred all my numbers to my new FREE phone. This is customer service at its best. read more
