Please don't go to this store if you have to work with the rude manager with the long braids. I was advised to seek the older gentleman who looked out for waiting customers and was excellent, but I was "helped" by this rude manager on duty. I cried as I got in the car. If you are assertive and challenge her on the poor product and poor online service she can't handle it. No details.. she will deny her part. Couldn't make an appointment online for this Verizon store. No place to wait for over an hour or so.. not chairs or a couch. Do not expect to leave the store with a phone. The Avon store and this Dillon store stock phones that are mostly $500 or more. Can't walk out with lower priced phones that some can only afford. Ahh but you can ORDER one with their Verizon service. Free phones if you order it but you can't walk out with it. People who live in resort areas and any part of America are not stupid or local yokels. We know where we can get cost effective products with reasonable service where we aren't gouged. Doubt the manager with the braids goes far in her career with her attitude. Hopefully she can be happy and learn. As i stated a while ago i went to Verizon to drop them. It has been 2 months and no final bill from them. Of course the stores can NOT assist me. I call the customer service line and they say enter pin. Well I dont have an account anymore. So i try texting and it says you can access your account upto 18 months.Nope can NOT get into my account. I try calling again and got put on hold because my number "isnt registered". Hold for 30 min 2x today. All I want is to confirm my address or find out my final bill so I can pay it read more

Last week I was with a different service provider. I took a trip from Miami to Colorado to go snowboarding for the weekend. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen on the resort and keystone was hit with a massive snowstorm. I made an appointment with my service provider and as I pulled up to the store, my appointment was cancelled because the employee did not want to go into work that day. I thought I would be stranded in Keystone, so I drove around and saw this Verizon store that was ACTUALLY open mid storm. I was shocked to see that they were open, but I went inside to find out if they could help me out. Not only did Jeremy get me a better deal than the one I previously had, he also got me a new phone and had me up and running within the hour. I've personally never written a review, but I felt the need to do so in this situation because of the assistance I received. Due to the quick turnaround, I was able to change my flight and accommodate my Job schedule. My reception is extremely better now and the customer service has been 10/10. If I lived in Colorado, this would be my go to store, but unfortunately I reside in Florida. For anyone in the area, if you have any cell phone needs, this is the store you want to check out! read more

I lost my phone on the ski slopes and walked in to this Verizon store in panic mode. I worked with Zain who was tremendous as he explained my options, the costs, and the applicable features. I came back after buying a phone when I was having some issues which he spent some time on and corrected. My overall best experience in a cell phone store ever. We were having issue connecting my old iPhone X switched over to my boyfriend's line. After multiple calls to Verizon with no help we finally decided to drive to Dillon from Vail. (The store in Avon was closed because it was Sunday) Coty was awesome and very kind and help helped us get the phone switched over and was very understanding while I was on the phone with Verizon getting the phone released so we could get it on my boyfriends line. I wish all cell phone stores were this pleasant to go to. read more

Went in today to investigate switching to my girlfriend's Sprint family plan versus staying with Verizon. Had a "great" and "honest" chat with Steffen about what it would cost. We wrote down a quote and everything. Then, I go across the parking lot to Sprint and see what they have. They're pushy, and kinda sketchy, but whatever-- they're Sprint. Turns out, Sprint doesn't actually save me much. So I go back to Steffen at Verizon because the negligible difference is worth the great coverage. SUDDENLY, all the numbers are different, far more expensive, with a ton of previously unmentioned fees. So either I am an idiot, or I was deceived. There is deception by obfuscation, omission, and downright lies. Which one of those it was I cant be sure, but these guys are too smart for it to be a mistake. So as I walk out in a huff, less sure of what to do than ever before, and Steffen gives me his cell number scrawled on a post it note and I just feel like "why on Earth would I ever call you again?" Too bad these guys resort to trickery and deception instead of honestly telling you the deal and trusting you to make an informed decision. In the end, I stayed with Verizon, bought my new phone on their online site, and lowered my plan to less than Steffen quoted. Save your time and hassle. Do it online instead. read more

All of a sudden the phone completely stopped working and they were kind enough to give me a loner until my phone came in. Recently, I needed to upgrade my phone. In an attempt to save money, I brought in what I thought was an unlocked phone given to me from a friend. The guys at the store did everything they could to set me up but to no avail. This happened one additional time with a phone I had purchased from an outside source- again, no success. On my last and final attempt, the phone I brought in worked for my upgrade! Each time I came in, the staff was patient, went above and beyond to try to solve my problem and never once did they try to upsell me or pressure me to purchase anything. Nick was especially helpful on my last visit in, answering additional questions, setting up features on my phone and engaging in friendly conversation. 0/0 - DO NOT GO HERE. I went here for a new plan and phone. It was a hassle to switch from AT&T (not their fault), but the employee got me set up with a pre paid plan, letting me know that was the best option. After trying to get my phone set up for almost 2 hours, I paid $75 for an unlimited data plan and my phone was still not activated - he said it would be soon, it just takes some time, and unless I paid right then, it would not work later on. I live about an hour away, so didn't have the option to go back and pay later. While the employee was trying to help me, he was constantly interrupted by two other employees asking questions for other customers. I ended up going to an actual Verizon store in Boulder to purchase the new phone - and because I was put on a pre paid plan, I missed out on saving $150 for the new phone, a payment plan for the new phone, and now I have been charged TWICE. The Boulder verizon store employee was not able to resolve this - he said to call customer service and explain the situation, which I plan on doing. Save yourself the hassle - and potentially some money - and make the extra drive to a Verizon store, NOT this authorized retailer. read more

Terrible experience. Purchased two phones from them. They did not apply promotion to the bill for one of the new phone purchased and did not follow up, was not truthful about phone insurance, deductibles, repair locations and what my new bill amount would be. Had to call Verizon directly to get it all fixed (as much as it could be). Gave them a bad review with Verizon and they got mad, bad-mouthed Verizon (when they were the one who helped), and when we went in to get screen protector that they did not apply correctly and peeled right off phone (and was part of included accessory for getting phone from them), they called the police. Staff don't care how long people wait and it takes an average of 45 minutes just to get someone to help, if you come in the middle of someone getting a new phone. Steffan Walker sold me a plan and said there was a promotion for a free jetpack, we all know nothing is free anymore, so I asked the question a few times "are you sure I don't pay for this" and he again reiterated that I wouldn't because of the promotion. So I'm sitting here with the jetpack still in its original box a month after this plan being sold to me reviewing my bill and notice I'm being charged $29 a month for something I don't use and after I was told it would have been free. After calling customer service multiple times nothing is resolved. The first call they explained if it wasn't initialed they would understand, so I reviewed my paperwork and found that it was, so I called back and they told me their was nothing they could do since it's past the 14 day mark. Looking back at the original receipt Steffan had also told me I could pick two free accessories to which I'm now realizing nothing is free. I'd advise going the extra distance and driving to a real Verizon store in Denver rather than dealing with kids working on commission looking to upcharge you and playing it out as you're getting a sweet promotion. read more

I went in to talk about switching from ATT to Verizon. I had only a few days left on my ATT account so they had offered to buy it out. It sounded all good except about a month later I got a bill from ATT for cancelling my account. Went into the store to talk, the guy said he would have to talk to the store manager about it since he wasn't in. I did not receive a call for 2 weeks, so called back again. I talked with the store manager, he said he was going to call me back, now 5 days later still haven't heard anything back. How can you offer to buy ones contract out, cancel their account so they sign up with you and then not hold your end of the bargain and pay for the cancellation fee? Also, I was told my bill would be about the same ($2 more) as my current ATT bill. It was except for they did not add in the extra Verizon fees and taxes when quoting me a final price. All said and done it is almost $20 more per month than my old ATT bill. Definitely not even close to the same price. I am very disappointed in the customer service, deception to make it seem my bill would be one price but really isn't. I would 100% cancel and go back to ATT if it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg to do so. read more
