    Do you want a phone? This IS NOT the place for you. Only ONE employee is helping anyone. Everyone else is chatting amongst themselves behind the counter. We waited and waited and waited.....only to told every single phone we looked out was out of stock, but they could ship it to us? I only get a new phone when forced to by the current one not working. I need a phone NOW. That's not possible here. Nothing like going to a store filled with what you need and leaving empty handed. The lack of seating is despicable for the wait times. The staff is encouraging people to leave and come back hours later. Um, we all have things to do. This is disrespectful of people's time in a big way! Avoid at all costs!!! Perhaps other Verizon's sell phones...

    When you think of smart phones, 4G LTE network's, droids, Apple and the places you go to purchase these products and services, you may come up with the Verizon retail store as an option. Should you decide to go to Verizon for these products or services, you will be highly disappointed. They clearly do not know how to operate a brick and mortar retail operation. When you walk into the store on a weekday evening, you'll find the store to be contemporary, clean and certainly appealing; however, they are not prepared to service the customer. Every person that walks in the door is put in the queue. There is no assistance until it is your turn. That means if you're like me, and you came into do a quick transaction and purchase a phone case, you have to wait 30 minutes. There are no cashiers. Based on the disorganized lack of service, it's easy to justify a one star rating. They are not prepared to do business at retail. Steer clear of Verizon retail stores if you can. They are not excited to make the sale. Salute!

    It took over a month to fix the charger on my iPad…read more Which, ok, it was fixed, so I would have given them three stars. But the people working the front were rude and disrespectful. When I dropped it off, they spent 20 minutes yapping to another customer before me. Not a "welcome, I'll be right with you" or acknowledge I existed. After 20 minutes I called at the back to see if someone could assist me. Finally the person working the front acted like he saw me. When I went to pick it up, over a month later they were yapping and ignoring me again, so I went to check the back, not wanting to wait 20+ minutes again. They then stopped talking with the other customer and let me pay them for the iPad I brought in last month. The tablet charger seems to be working, so 2 stars for doing your job and some of the most horrible customer service I've experienced. Never coming back, and advising anyone who asks to look elsewhere.

    Reading on-line, we found that many reported that they had good results replacing the battery for a…read more2013 MacBook Pro. The computer worked fine except that it gave us a message that the battery should be replaced soon. We brought it to uBreakiFix in Lehi Utah on October 13, a full three weeks before we needed to leave town. They said that they could do the replacement, with an expected return date of 20 October, two weeks prior to our departure. On the estimated completion date (October 20), we contacted uBreakiFix. They said that the battery had not arrived. The next day they called saying that the battery had arrived and was working fine, but the laptop's touch pad was not working now, so that they ordered parts to repair it. They said, as soon as the part arrived, (which they expected in a few days) they would make it a priority. I did not hear back, so when I called three days later, they told me that - now - the keyboard did not work, and they would need to order a new keyboard. After a few days, we had not heard back, so I called to check on the status on October 27. I was told that the repairman who had been working on our laptop would not be back until Thursday, O. When I asked if the needed parts had been received, the associate said that he could not see any record of the part being ordered. I asked if I could speak to the manager, and was told that only the manager could order parts, and he would not be in the office until Wednesday. We started this process a full three weeks before we needed to leave town, plenty of time to replace the battery - by their own estimate. The computer was working fine, other than a message suggesting that we should replace the battery when we brought the unit in. Now we have no idea whether it will be done before we must leave. We are sorry that we brought our laptop to uBreakiFix.
