Verizon does not honor their warrantee on a BRAND NEW PHONE. Upgraded to Samsumg Galaxy J7 after Thanksgiving. Problems with camera and rotation. A trip back to store and they reset the phone thinking that would help. Not so much. Told we could return the phone by January to get a new unit. Went to switch out for new phone and was told they would only give us a REFURBISHED phone which we would pay the same price for. Seriously, not a new phone. Said they weren't allowed to give us a new phone. Told us to call Verizon. Agent on phone couldn't believe the previous story, Said she put in to have us get a NEW PHONE by mail and return nonworking phone but I'd have to pay the tax up front. Received email that I got an upgrade not a replacement and my monthly bill would increase significantly. Now have to return when received to cancel upgrade. Only solution is to pay $35 restocking fee and buy another phone. We're done with Verizon after this contract runs out. read more

The employees here are always friendly. Some times you have to wait but they are constantly making sure you are being attended to. When your turn comes up it is always a pleasurable experience because they are so much more professional than other Verizon locations. read more

I usually go to this Verizon store when I have an issue, because it is the only true authorized retailer in the area I'm aware of. I went to the store with my 6 month old Moto Z because the Bluetooth wasn't working. They looked up my account and said we will send you a new phone. I got my new phone and the Bluetooth issue was fixed. Now 2 weeks later the replacement phone will not charge. I went back to the store and without even looking at my phone the rep says, we will send you a replacement phone in 4 days! I said that is unacceptable I need a new phone tomorrow (Saturday), this phone is only 2 weeks old. He said it was early enough to go out that day so I would get it Sat or Monday. I said I need it tomorrow. He just shrugged and mumbled something along the lines of it is shipping next day. What he didn't do was select Saturday delivery and instead lied to me. When I tracked the phone the delivery method chosen was Weekday. There was no way it would arrive on a Saturday. Between this horrible service and the new "smoke and mirror" phone plans, I'm about to leave Verizon altogether. When they had the best phone service they could get away with higher prices. Like any Verizon Wireless store, I had to wait. But that wasn't the problem actually. I went in there because my phone kept shutting off, and I guessed that I had run out of memory. I suggested that to the rep, but the rep who helped me was not interested in figuring out what was wrong with my phone, and was obviously more interested in selling me a new phone. He kept saying "oh it's a boot issue. I've seen this before, it just keeps cycling." it wasn't, as I'm leaving you this review on that same phone right now. How about plugging the phone in, like I did when I got back to my car? On top of the memory issue, the battery needed to be charged. I do not recommend going to this store. I did look at a new phone they had out, but they didn't have any more available, so why was it even on the floor? Really not impressed with the service there. I know their technicians are primarily salespeople, but at least make an effort! read more

I go to this version because it is walking distance from my house. However every time I go ther is a very long wait. Today I went in for a tempered glass screen protector and they told me to wait and a associate would be with me. After a half hour I asked if someone could just get the screen protector and I would put it on myself. So they tell me that someone has to go in the back to get it they come out from the back and tell me they don't have it after I have waited a half hour already. The first time I went I wanted to get my discount I get from my job added to my account I waited over a hour!!!! Once again after a long wait to walk up to someone and ask how much longer. They then tell me anothe 20 minutes but that I can do it on line..... After I already waited a hour they offer a alternative. This is the worst Verizon ever!!!! I could drive to the Verizon 20 minutes away and get help and get back home all in the time I would be waiting at this Verizon!!! From now on that is exactly what I will do!! read more
