    I went in to remove the ringback tone feature. All of their computers were down and they couldn't help me. I'm sure it wasn't anyone at the stores' fault, but it is still unacceptable. If you can't access accounts and you're a cell phone store, why are you even open? Driving from Junction City to Eugene only to be told they can't do want I needed them to do was disappointing.

    1-Star Review: Not Truly Unlocked or broken antenae- Buyer Beware…read more I purchased a Refurbished iPhone SE 3rd Gen Unlocked - Red / 128GB / advertised "Very Good"!!! condition from Wireless Source (Order #4226), and it was a complete waste of time and money. Despite being advertised as "unlocked and fully functional," the phone would not connect to any network -- it only displayed "SOS." I tested two different AT&T SIM cards, both of which worked perfectly in other phones (including a borrowed iPhone and a store device at Apple). Apple confirmed the issue was not with my SIM (AT&T store visit to confirm this too) or carrier. This points to either a hardware defect or the phone not being truly unlocked -- both of which amount to false advertising After spending over 3 hours troubleshooting at Apple and AT&T stores, I'm returning the phone and requesting a full refund, including the $9.99 for one-day shipping. Very disappointed with this experience. Avoid this seller if you want a phone that actually works as promised.

As a matter of fact, there was an issue and he said to call AT&T. He said to call from the store and he'll be there for additional help. It all worked out and my phones were unlocked, ready for travel. Flash forward to my recent visit--I wanted to purchase a replacement iPhone. I already had an idea what I wanted and Rheanna was so helpful with my purchase, answered my questions about the 14 versus the 15. Decision made, however, the particular iPhone 15 I wanted, wasn't in stock at this location, so she called another location for availability and it was. She asked for it to be transferred to this location and I got the phone I wanted without needing to shop elsewhere. Rheanna went above and beyond as a customer service rep. Great customer service!

I go back to the store and apparently he no longer works there and there's a new manager who's name is Travis. Absolutely unprofessional, using profanity. We had to turn our old phones in to get the rate we were originally quoted. We turned our phones in. Now the new manager( Travis) is saying we should have kept our old phones and now there's no way of getting them back. I am highly disappointed with the way AT&T has handled this. We would have NEVER changed carriers to AT&T if we knew this was the way they did business. Shady and unprofessional. I will take them to the better business bureau for this. This is theft and this location needs to come up with a resolution.
