In less than 20 minutes, the gang at this AT&T store had my phone spiffied up with a new sim card, a new telephone number and I was on my way to a fantastic internet experience during my entire visit in Alaska. For a mere $35, I was back to Yelping, checking local attractions, conversing with family and friends and back in the swing of cellular service. So take note - if you're not an AT&T customer you will likely have bad service....that is until you make the decision to get some piece of mind with an AT&T sim card and telephone number. This option worked out very well for me and I'd do it again when I visit the next time.

The sales associate Trent not only helped me upgrade from my current phone, but was very patient and accommodating when dealing with my severe adult ADHD (picture a child all amped up on sugar at a birthday party, except I'm 42 years old, and like that all the time without needing sugar or the party)...anyway...Trent easily answered about a million questions, helped me find the perfect phone for my needs, and walked me through all the paperwork (which is definitely something I have trouble doing on my own). NOTE: Trent is also an incredible photographer, and showed me images that he's been able to capture of the Northern Lights using just his phone! He then instructed me on how to take nighttime images (using the long exposure feature) on the phone I had just purchased, and even set me up with a stellar photo editing app to adjust those images as needed.
