So got screwed by Amazon with wrong case for my s22 ultra, so went to AT&T they had nothing for it. So went to Verizon and they had so many choices, it was awesome. Their store is so big and bright compar3d to AT&T. I was rushed right through at AT&T but verizon it was like a coffee shop, woman asked questions and helped right to the end, offered to put my new case on for me. Service only works half the time. The amount of money I pay for the unlimited plan does not equate the quality of cellular quality as in the phones Internet speed or the quality of the phone calls. I tried calling Verizon tech support and they told me it is because there are too many people on the cell network at the same time what short of excuse is that. If you are moving to Alaska or thinking of switching to Verizon don't. Unless you want to travel back in time during the 90's with slower then dial up speed Internet and phone calls with static. read more

Walked in there today to try to buy a Galaxy S21 5G Ultra and asked the sales rep if I could buy the phone outright then try to unlock it through Verizon before I go back overseas. The redheaded gentleman (I can't remember his name) was awesome and willing to do what he could to help me. He told me he would go talk to the female manager and see if we could work something out. As I'm standing 5 feet away from him and her, the female manager proceeds to say, "I don't care if he's military, he can't get the phone" under the notion I was trying to get the phone, then freeze my account when I go back overseas as to not make payments on it until I come back. Her overall attitude throughout the short conversation was disgusting and I implore other military to avoid that store. I've been a Verizon customer for over 2 years now. I went in October 5th to buy a new glass screen protector. The guy helping me made a comment that my contract on my phone was eligible for an upgrade. Here we are 2 weeks later and someone got into my account and tried to buy out my phone and take my upgrade. The same thing has been a recent trend coming from this store. I typically get great service here but every time I talk to one of the women in there I lose brain cells. I went in there today to talk about a transaction that I made about a month ago with her and I explained myself at least 5 times in 5 different ways and she still didn't understand. Absolutely underhanded. I shortly had a plan, and due to service restrictions I cancelled that plan.. or at leadt I thought I did. I was promised no month fee since I was on plan for only a few says, paid various fees to get off of the plan, and I still was hit with phone bills from them.
