Superior Service. When my center video screen went out on my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup, I just could not justify the obscene price Dodgs want red d for a replacement. l also discovered these infotainment centers were failing in the 2008-2011 models. The aftermarket units were pretty cheap looking (but the prices were not). Enter Street Sounds of Fairbanks. They looked at my truck and recommended a Kenwood system that not only looked great but was also compatible with my steering wheel controls and vehicle monitors. This was not the most expensive and not the cheapest, but for me, it was the best. It does more than I expected, and more than the OEM unit ever did. Thank you to the team at Street Sounds. P.S. A little after the installation I noticed my 4 way flasher was inop. I went back to Street Sounds not sure if it had anything to do with the stereo. They did not fuss or argue. I had lost one of my auto start devices for one of my vehicles. I had mechanical problem with another vehicles. I dropped off my vehicle without an appointment with my other device that I did not loose. Within 2 hours they called me to pick up my vehicle, work complete. I've been taking all my vehicles to street sounds for years. They back up their products and go over everything with you prior to purchase. They have always been a kind, profesional, courteous, service. They even come out with masks to servious vehicles outside during pandemic. They did a full inspection on my car and let me know of any deficiencies (I already knew) that I had. I was surprised they found one of the deficiencies because it was an in depth issue.
