Went there to pick up order when I got there bought box out didn't check it said I had to just plug in which wasn't the truth, the unit was connected to fraud. I'm really starting to get tired of Verizon. they may have a wide coverage range, their customer service is crap. I walked into this location and the guy finally after I sat around For about 10 to15 mins did I need help. So after telling him, he says Would you like me to sign you in, I ask how long he says about a half an hour. I had to call Verizon Wireless Fraudulent department. They had cancelled an order I had executed online with one of their reps name Amanda. The ordering process took a while because I had a lot of questions. I had paid for next day delivery because I am out of town. Well I just received an email saying that their fraudulent department had cancelled my order without contacting me. Now I am really pissed. They are saying that they can't release my order. Verizon really need to train the managerial staff. At the Fayetteville location the manager was horrible. She came out with an attitude because she claimed she was on a phone call that was interrupted by me (the customer). I introduced myself and she refused to tell me her name. She stated I don't have to tell you my name. I did hear the staff refer to her as Destiny. She really should not be working in customer service. If I could give this Verizon store 0 stars, I would. I went to ask the general manager of the store for help and she raised her voice and told me off. She yelled saying that I need to wait just like everybody else etc... when all I asked for was help. The staff needs a lot of training on how to deal with people properly. This is a reflection of this particular location, but of Verizon in general. A few years ago my contract was up but I couldn't get a new phone for another 3 weeks. I called and asked Verizon customer service if it was possible to extend my contract by a month so I would have service until I could get a new phone and new carrier. I was told I could and he would make the necessary changes to my account. We'll, he didn't and my contract rolled over for another two years. After I called numerous times and being given the runaround, I went ahead with the other carrier(which was over 50% lower). I could not get a supervisor on the phone and they turned my acct over to collections. I just tried to call customer service again, and was on hold for 52:13 before I had to disconnect because my lunch break was up. My advice is to run away from all things Verizon. Their customer service is the drizzling shits and they'll straight up lie to you read more

My favorite location! Fast an efficient!! We walked inside, I showed my ID to pick up my new phones. We waited less than 5 minutes, got the phones and were told phones were activated upon setup. That was it! Clean and every employee had faces full of smiles. read more

If you enjoy being treated like crap, this is the store for you. I've never walked in this store and received good honest service. Management and staff are equally rude. This location charged me for a phone that was never made available to pick up. Locked up my upgrade so I couldn't purchase at another location. They refused to follow Verizon policy and made up their own imaginary policies. Even refused to cooperate when Verizon Corporate directed them to do otherwise. I'll never be back. read more

2 weeks ago during a $200 off iPhone 6 promotion in the Greater Atlanta area only I traded in 2 iPhone 5's for 2 new iPhone 6's. The employee at the verizon store had no clue what she was doing and decided to call a friend in a New Jersey store for help! She used a NJ user id in the system to do our transaction and now my account is all messed up! I'm not getting the special and the store manager could basically care less. Customer service at 611 says there's nothing they can do that the store has to fix it and the store says they can't fix it! I'm out the $200 off each iPhone 6 and I'm not getting my $90 each for the iPhone 5s I traded in. I was also charged NJ tax rate which is much higher than my county tax rate! No one cares that my account is all messed up and that I'm out all this money!!!! George the manager had the audacity to tell me I'm not entitled to the $400 for the upgrade anyway because the promotion is no longer running! I explained to him that the transaction was done during the active time of the promotion! Where do they get these people. Needless to say after 2 trips totaling 5 hours of wasted time this is still not resolved and it looks like it won't be unless I go to small claims court. But $580 is worth court to me!!!! read more
