After 7-8 minutes of standing there like NPCs in an abandoned video game, we checked back in. Again, the radio call: "Those two gentlemen still need assistance with those Beats." We foolishly believed this would summon help. 10 minutes pass. Nothing. The store might as well have been a haunted house at this point. Then, a guy from car audio appears like a wandering side quest character: "Y'all need help?" We say yes, thinking our saga is over. "I'll get someone over here in a minute." Spoiler alert: He did not. Another 10 minutes pass. We finally ask for a manager, who--shockingly--solves the mystery of "Who Holds the Sacred Key to the Headphones Case?" And just like that, the lock is opened, and the treasure is ours! It only took 30 minutes and $130 plus tax. Moral of the story? If you want headphones from this Best Buy, pack a snack and a survival kit.

First open sign was on but door locked, soon as I pulled the locked door the young man came out and unlocked the door along with a lady who was behind me, the young man looked at the phone and told me if I knew the age of the phone and said it was five years old. The store phone was ringing off the hook and the associate was not thrilled at all. The lady behind me said you need more help or someone to answer the phone, he replied "the boss is a cheap ass" that put à damper on things, then he told me there was nothing to do and to buy a new phone as it's cheaper than the replacement. 150 for the repair is cheaper than a 500 dollar new phone, Yeah.. time to leave... The last time I was in that location for a broken screen there was no issue the older gentleman who was there was great friendly and very helpful and taken the time to replaced the screen. After returned home I searched Google there was a work around the power button and I got the phone to reboot. The strange part it work around was posted by ifix posts. Lesson learned, don't go on the weekend. Cheers ** Update for 5/9/26** Went to west Fayetteville location to have CPU swap on phone, gentleman working was great, he knows his craft and very dedicated and loyal employee. I understand why the gentleman at the Skibo location was upset mostly due to mismanagement by the owner of the Cumberland county location's and not knowing if their locations will close due to mismanagement. The gentleman repaired my phone in 30 mins and there was no missing information or problems with any part of my phone. Okay, this is about the same repair from the previous review. No, the iPad didn't break again. But…read morethe screen... Yeah, Touch ID still doesn't work. I always get a message saying "Unable to activate Touch ID on this iPad." though I've gotten used to no Touch ID at this point. The real problem, though. Sometimes, three fourths of the screen just stops working when I plug it in. It stays AFTER you unplug it too. The only way to fix it? Reboot it while it's unplugged. Then it will work until you plug it back in. If you reboot it while it's plugged in? Screen doesn't work again. It only works if you reboot it while it's unplugged. One thing to note, though. You can use the whole screen, but the part that won't work you have to press down on the screen hard. This is not worth losing Touch ID and having a broken screen.
