Fenton Target is the best! If I need a little retail therapy, this is the perfect place to go. Order a drink at the in store Starbucks and you can put it in the drink holder on the cart. Target usually has everything I am looking for and maybe even some extra stuff goes in the cart :). Pick up some groceries while you are there as well. Produce is always fresh and live prices and quality of the Good & Gather brand (Target). Staff is always friendly and helpful. I can always find a worker to ask if I can't find something. read more

I always love a target run. The one in Gravois Bluffs is always clean & well organized. I love coming here for the great selection of makeup, hygiene items, & cute clothing! OMGggggggggg, my new favorite Target!!!! This Target has everything!!! Their shelves are continuously stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful. Even though the lot is full the store isn't overly crowded, yeah!!!! They carry one of my newest favorite finds, Three Dog Bakery Carob Chip Cookies. I had only been able to find these at the Hampton Village location, where they always ran out. At this location there are always plenty of packages for purchase. The store is large, clean and well kept. This location carries products I haven't seen at other locations, like 1lb ground chicken rolls for example, which are always on sale. I love going here because you can hit up soo many other stores at once and it's down the street from my church, which makes it convenient. I highly recommend this location!!! read more

We love Target.... Like everywhere even out of State ones.. for me they are better than Walmart, although there selections are not as many as Walmart, but the price are almost identical with Walmart and it's much cleaner overall.. Including their restrooms. Also, having Starbucks inside is really a big plus for us, I know it's overrated coffee, but still the snacks and coffee products are really good, and they earn SB Rewards points. I have been going to this Target location with my pals for years. Recently, my experience has been very disappointing. The Starbucks is becoming gross. One day, not too long ago, I was waiting in line when a exterminator came up and said he was there to deal with the mouse problem... Why would anyone run a food business with mice running around? There is so much to love about Target! This location always has a lot of parking. The store is clean and organized. The staff are friendly and the check out process is easy! Seriously, this is the place to be. After the holidays I would get so lucky on their sale items and managed to get a ton of Halloween and Christmas Decorations for 50-75% off! I now have lots of decorations for the holidays this year and I save a ton of money. The "for the home" decorations are fun to browse through and even though I don't always need a new rug or lamp or bathroom accessory, I almost always purchase one when I visit just because I can. I go to Target and I let Target decide what I need that day. It's dangerous. But oh so exciting! Their grocery section is plentiful and I can do a whole week's worth of grocery shopping here if I need to! They have so many brand name items I need in my life, but they also have their own Target brand for other items which I am always happy to try. When checking out I am so glad I can use the cartwheel app and I can even save my red card to the Target app so that I don't even need a credit card to pay! I can use the app where it saves the bar-code; how genius is that? I wish other stores could do it. Target is the best and I will continue to frequent this location. read more

Nice sized Target. Customer service was good at the checkout. I found some protein bars here called Simply Protein that other Target stores or other stores in the area did not have. The fruit selection is better here than most targets I've been too. Aisles were clean and easily manageable. I found the prices reasonable. I don't recommend placing an order online for pickup. I placed an order for 5 patio chairs, then found some that were more comfortable and less expensive, so I canceled my order online with Target. Today I got a notification from my credit union that Target charged me $108 for the chairs I decided not to get. I called customer service and the automated message said the wait time was over an hour. I'm guessing I'm not the only person who was "accidentally" charged for something I didn't get! Very disappointed with the entire customer service interaction yesterday while dealing with the store manager Miss Bree, in resolving a store pick-up/cancelled item issue. Bree was dismissive of my concerns and presented with a most empirical, aggressive attitude throughout the interaction. I agree - this was very unprofessional, Bree! I had to come into the store because -- after waiting 10+ minutes on hold on the phone, two calls, and three transfers later - I was informed by Miss Joyce that Bree was "not accepting calls at the time" and I was to call back at a later time to see if the manager might make herself available then. There was an issue with the specific actions of Fenton-Target in the erroneous cancelling of my online order; this was not Target.com, it is the local store's responsibility to prepare the items ordered online. This did not happen at Fenton-Target - the items were cancelled even though they were on the shelf. Bree deferred all responsibility to Target.com and stated it was all beyond her control and I need to handle it with Target.com. It was later determined in the conversation that the "cancelled" items were actually still available in the store at the time the order was cancelled and the store had sold 2 of the 4 items off that morning! I had screen shots and live data to prove the stock levels on my phone and Bree was able to pull up on her device to see as well. She stated two items might still be available - and when I challenged her with this information and data available on target.com, Bree *scurried* back to the Wonderland Shop to physically check and was magically able to locate my purchased items that Fenton-Target cancelled. There was no apology, no acknowledgement, quite simply - excuse after pathetic excuse delivered to me in the most apathetic, annoyed manner. Even more frustrating and belittling -- after all of this, Bree was most reluctant to honor the 15% reduced price that I originally bought the items her team's store had cancelled, despite having the receipt on my phone showing the applied discount from the same items Fenton erroneously cancelled earlier that day. I agree it is entirely unacceptable that the entire conversation went without a single apology or contribution of good will and positive intent into the conversation to amicably resolve the situation in a professional manner. Bree even refused when asked twice to give out her regional supervisors contact information number - claiming she is the highest ranking official in the entire store and that her supervisors number is private information; I was told to call Target corporate and file a complaint. #Done #YourameanoneMissGrinch #narwhalornament read more

I hadn't even really thought about writing a review for this but, seeing the one star review, I felt like I should. We have used Fenton Target twice to take pictures of our son. And both times were good experiences. One time, we waited about 20 minutes over our set appt time but that was no big deal. The pictures have come out fine both times and they are hella cheaper than, say, Picture People or one of those type of places. The same girl did our pics both times and she was friendly with us and very patient with our son, both when he was 6 months old and when he was 18 months old. She definitely spent a lot longer than 5 minutes each time taking pictures. In fact, they tend to take so many pictures that it is hard to choose just a few and you end up buying WAY TOO MANY pictures. And, still, it is cheaper than most other places. read more

She said directly no problem bring it and will take care about you.... when we arrived to that Taget we treated as a VIP Customer..... My sister and I were in Target this morning. In line to pay with 2 women ahead of us. A woman came up behind me and went over to one of the cashiers standing by the front door and said something to her and the cashier immediately came over and opened up a lane and started checking her out. I turned to the cashier and said that if I had known she was going to open a lane I would have gotten in it. Neither the checker or customer would look up or respond. After she got through checking the woman out, she closed her lane. A manager came over and apologized to my sister and I and said that checker was new. Common sense tells you that you do NOT do that even if you are new! NOT a very good experience in Target. Will think twice before shopping there again. read more

I didn't even know Target did portraits until I found a Groupon. That in and of itself was an amazing deal, but I really wasn't expecting much. I was overly impressed once we got there. We did show up early and they took us early. There were 4 adults and 2 kids (9 months and 2 years old). They were accommodating in all my requests; all 6 of us together, 2 families of 3 each separately, just the kids, just my wife and I. She was super patient with the kids...and with us wives who kept shutting our eyes! Most portrait studios take their photos, eyes open or not, then you are left with like 4 decent shots. Not here. As soon as she saw someone had eyes shut, she re-took the photo. Our 2 year old got pretty fussy and she was beyond patient. The pictures turned out amazing. We will definitely be going back, Groupon or not! read more

On 08/23/2017 I went into my favorite Target store to pick up a folding chair that needed to be a certain height. I found one that was perfect, actually 4 of them. But all of the chairs were damaged and they wanted $29.89. I found the floor Mgr Johnny and asked him if he could check in the back to see if they had any chairs that were not damaged. I waited patiently and he came back and told me that there were no more in stock. I asked about a discount on one of the chairs in the store. He politely told me that perhap Guest Services would offer a discount. So I took the chair over to Guest Services and spoke to Cindy who was Mgr. on duty at that time this was around 9ish in the A.M. Also there was Katy another Guest Mgr. on duty as well. Cindy informed me that they sell damaged good at full price all the time and would not offer to reduce the price. I I could not believe what I was hearing. She offered to call other stores, well I watch my money closely so running around and using gas to get to another store was not saving me any money. What major store would tell a paying customer that they sell damaged goods all the time. So Be Aware of what you purchase from Target and make sure you check over the entire item for damages, since they have no pride in what they sell their customers. I would have expected this from lower level stores like Big Lots as an example, but not from Target. Unfortunately they just lost a customer. I certainly will not be buying any major items there other than cat food. Oh by the way I found a better folding chair with the height that I needed on line for less and it was Made in America not china and better quality. i can see why major store are having a hard time when they refuse to reduce a price for damaged items, and customers can get better service from an online company. Not to mention I will be sharing this with all my friend and family. Who shop at Target all the time, they might think differently next time. read more

Worst worst worst experience of my life !! I have never felt this way before in my life. I would not recommend this place to anyone !! So here is my story - Our appointment was at 4:00 pm and due to an accident on the highway we couldnt make it until 4:04. Just four minutes late and the girl refused to take us and basically said I'm shutting everything down. She had an unpleasant attitude. Totally looked like she was not happy with her job !! We apologized and even said we will pay you extra she rudely refused !! We pleaded and begged, and she was just like you can call tomorrow and speak to my manager. She said the session is for 45 minutes and TARGET only gives you FIVE MINUTES of camera time. OMG !! I have never heard that in my life !! She was very rude and disrespectful !! She even said I will make sure I write in ur file that you were late so in future you will not get any appointments with us ! I was so upset !! My family was so upset !! Just four minutes and you are being so unpleasant ??? It wasnt even about us being late, it was more about how we were treated !! She was loud and basically using words like i dont care if there was an accident, i dont care if you couldnt b on time for any reason...I have never had this experience with TARGET before !! I loved shopping there but now everytime I will think about TARGET, this dreadful experience will not make me wanna go there. I called my friends and family and my husbands friends and family too....
