Even with a direct ethernet connection I was only able to get approximately a speed of 450 MB, half of what I should be getting. After having a number of visits by a Verizon technician he said he was unable to solve the problem and they would need to send their super sleuth to figure it out. I had spoken with this technicians supervisor and their super sleuth a number of times over a four to six week period and the problem has never been solved and they no longer return my phone calls or texts. I have had terrible service all summer and when you have numerous people coming out to your beachhouse and all trying to connect at the same time it is a disaster. The service has been terrible at this point and I do not believe it has anything to do with Covid.

I recently changed my modem and router and lost use of the mobile app and for months I was researching to find the company. I couldn't find my original invoice and couldn't remember the company's name. Every company I called wanted to scrap my existing system and install a new one even though I told them the system works perfectly. I found a picture of one of the company's vehicle in my archives and using google images I found the company when I went on Yelp using the results from my searches. My day could not have been better. Spoke to a company representative yesterday and today they got me back on the internet with the app and installed 2 additional cameras. Over the years I install fencing and had other improvements that i can now see around and over. 360 degree coverage is restored, it's newer and improved.
