I decided to change my name on my account and ended up having to get anew account and paying $6 more a month. What a horrible company. I had people speaking to me rudely. FYI.... this is originally written on 9/19/2016, but I am delaying posting it because I honestly fear retaliation. I purchased a new Note 7 ONLINE with my 2-year Upgrade, and scheduled a pick up at this store. The whole process took over an hour just to get the phone. One hour just to pick up the phone that I already paid for and get one case, I activated it myself at home. They helped me almost right away, but the Sales "Professional" kept disappearing for 10-15 minutes the back, doing god knows what. About a week later Verizon credited my account, and an email I received told me that I never picked up the device. I immediately contacted Verizon to let them know that I did have the phone, and was in fact currently using it. Whomever I talked to at corporate was very pleasant and appreciative that I called and let them know, and assured me the error would be fixed. A few days later the Christoper form the store starts calling me (always during work, so I can't pick up). At first I figure that Verizon will figure out their mistake (especially since I already contacted them about it), and just recharge me. After a few calls, I figure I better just call them back. I call Al Rodriguez (a Solutions Manager), he explains that they (the Verizon Store) messed up, and assured me that they will fix it on their end, and just recharge me the 2- Year upgrade fee. I say cool, and I don't hear from them for about 2 weeks. Now I get a call from the store telling me that I need to come in "as quickly as humanly possible" because my Note is a danger, and to come exchange my Note for a new one. I drop everything and go there as quickly as humanly possible. I let them know I would like to exchange my Note for the new Note, as per the urgent voicemail. They look up my account, and tell me that new Note is not available, and no one knows when it will be, but I can exchange my phone for a non-Apple product. Fine, whatever, I don't want my phone exploding, so please give me a replacement; they say I need the charger (the voicemail did not say I needed the charger), and that I would have to make payments on the new phone even though I purchased my Note7 with an upgrade. Then they tell me it might not even work because I did the upgrade, and if I exchange now, I might get stuck with the different phone. In the end, they tell me the chances of the Note exploding are very low, so I decide to hold on to my Note until their new stock arrives, and just use my old Galazy S5. Thanks for wasting another hour. And the plot thickens: A few days later Christopher calls me again (also during work) and threatens that if I do not return the Note 7 right away they will charge me the full amount for the Note7 (over $700). At this point I am super confused, as both Mr. Rodriguez and Corporate already explained to me that I am all set, and they will just fix their error on their end. Christopher tells me that I do not own the phone, and bring"legal" into the conversation. Christopher does not know when the new Note will be available for an exchange, and tells me that if the phone isn't there today that they will change me the full price of the phone AND that he doesn't think that they will be able to reverse the charges. As I am still at work, there is nothing I can do. I panic and ask my wife to stop what she is doing and get to the store ASAP to return my phone; Christopher was going to screw me. I delayed posting this until I was sure that the phone had been shipped out and accounted for by Samsung, I honestly think if I didn't, the store would have lied about my wife returning the phone (they wouldn't give her any kind of documentation) and charged me the full amount for the phone that I no longer possessed. This whole experience has been nothing short of a Nightmare. I probably will be sticking with Verizon (I like their online and Corporate Service as well as their coverage), but I can tell you with certainty, I will never go back to this store again. 12/2/2016 Update- They did charge my account! After I returned teh phone, a week later they charged me for the phone (something Christopher told me was impossible, and if they just charged me for the phone in the first place we could have avoided this whole mess and saved me HOURS of my life)!!!! I had to spend an hour on the phone with a Very nice lady from Verizon Corporate to get the charge of the phone removed. Nightmare. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. read more

If I could give not stars I would. The Manager and General Manager are 2 of the worst people I have ever spoke with. For being a loyal customer for years (2000) this store is one of the worst ever. The customer support and/or sales is such a rip off. This Feb I upgraded from 6s plus great condition to 8 plus and the store had a promotion with a free mini with the purchase well I did not want or need it, so they have accessories, which I did not need either but they push for it, but told me it was a promotion, I did not need cases I had a better one from 6s plus. I left with the phone and accessories I did not need, but they said it was free. Well I got a bill for all the accessories and I decided to go back to the store to get an explanation, the manager say we emailed you the gift receipt to your email, I asked to see what email and it was a yahoo email that I have never seen before but that manager was it was email to that email. Right there I was getting upset, but the wife told me to come down, but who added this email and why wasn't the email sent to the email on my profile that has been there since 2000. This manager when to the General Manager and I was waiting for a while now more than an hour in the store. The general manager and the manager told me a bullshit story and our sales people tell you up front what everything is included. Right there they just got me more mad. I asked to speak directly to the general manager who never once looked me in the eye. That tells me shady things are happening. I reported this GM to Verizon and I have all the documentation in hand. Please if you do read this please please be careful when you do go to this store which I will never do again for anything. Customer Support over the phone is much better and resolved my issues right away. The GM should be ashamed and is one of the worst people ever to not respect the customers. read more

Two words: Jennifer Ramos. She was awesome! I went in to this Verizon store as one of those annoying customers with a list of questions written out. I'm looking to upgrade two of our phones and needed detailed answers on the process and on delaying activation until Christmas, etc. Jennifer answered every question and was patient and so funny, too. I almost didn't go to this location because of the scathing review someone else gave it, but I'm so glad I did. An added bonus was the speed with which I was helped. I figured I would be there forever going in this close to Christmas, but I was surprised at how fast it went. I did not get the name of the manager, but I wish I would have. He was very helpful, as well. read more

After waiting 30+ minutes for help. the VZ store rep was not able to resolve my issue with my phone. I then spent 80 minutes on the phone with VZ support and also Assurion (insurance company) support. Very frustrating and not way I wanted to spend the better part of a Saturday. went here cause my set top box broke. the salesperson there offered me a set top box w/ free dvr for 3 months. i said ok.. a couple weeks goes by and i get my bill and im charged $15.99 for the Dvr. I called and spoke to the mgr Bill, he promised he would removed the charge. Two weeks go by along with follow up calls and stopping in store. Nothing from Bill. I called and his excuse was he was real busy and would take care of it today..Another week goes by and i call verizon and the charge is still not credited ! wtf...so i call Bill again. "sorry been busy and will do it today" So i just send my bill in minus the $15.99, and i get my next bill, and NO credit and now being charged for 2 months for dvr-they promised free for 3 months promotion. So i call Bill the mgr again..'oh sorry i will take care of it...so after listening to more of his BS. i call verizon main office and explain the whole story and she takes care of the bill and gives me a credit for 1 year on the dvr...\ This verizon store in framingham is terrible. The manager Bill should be fired. Nothing but stories and bs from him. No follow up phones calls with me as promised. He seemed very lazy and not willing to do his job as promised...The funny thing is he said he was always so busy in the store but yet while in there several times No one was in the store !! He should of handled the situation on the spot and stopped passing the buck.... read more

Worst experience of my life, bought the galaxy nexus from them that has defective screen. Tried to replace it after three days of purchase, and was told to go to another verizon store because their manager was not there. Had to wait 30 minutes for then to tell me that. The store manager was actually quite nice, but their floor supervisor is an idiot. There was also this salesman/technician who claimed to be able to fix my problem, who obnoxiously yelled out "holla at you're boy" after attempting and failing to fix my phone. read more

My husband and I visited the store to replace a phone that was damaged by a snowblower. We were in the middle of our contract so we thought we would have to pay full retail price for a new phone. The associates were incredibly helpful in laying out all the options we could consider to get a replacement phone for the lowest cost. They were very patient as we thought through the options and explained the differences between all the new phone models in a very helpful way. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had at a Verizon store! I will always choose this location going forward. I highly recommend it. read more

my Motorola phone committed suicide on me in the middle of a conversation with my boss. i brought it into the framingham store and was put on the waiting list to talk to a tech. an hour later my name was called. i told the girl how important it was to retrieve my contacts and to get a working phone right away. she just smirked and told me that wasnt going to happen. i thought i was paying replacement insurance for just this reason. she told me she would try a soft boot, which i informed her i had already done. when that didnt work she handed me off to a guy named chris who walked off with my phone for about forty five minutes and came back with his well informed verdict of broken phone. it was a friday eve and he said they would overnight me a replacement. when i asked why they couldn't give me one there he just shrugged. i asked for a loaner and they said they didn't do that. they had no concern for the inconvenience this was causing me and no apologies. my wife and my contract expires in two months and we will be leaving verizon. it is sunday and i still have no phone and i have to have someone available to sign for the phone on monday. customer service at this location sucks. never again. useless techs uninformed sales help. bye bye. read more
