He cleaned the workings of our clock and re-silvered its face the first time, and did a superb job. The second time the case of our clock had dried out. Richard took it to his workshop in Holliston and took it apart, regluedn it, moisturized it, oiled and waxed it, so that the wood has come to life and back to its former glory. He tightened the case and replaced a few missing parts. We couldn't be happier with the professional work he has done on it. Richard is very knowledgeable about antique clocks and shows a great care for them. We highly recommend his work!
