    All I wanted to do was change my payment from debit card to checking account to save money on the…read moremonthly bill. The Att employee looked up my acct, and it was chaos from there. He was talking all kinds of craziness about mine and my husband's emails being wrong, names spelled wrong, account being in different names, telling me I had to change info and wait for approx 4 months for things to process, etc etc. He did add if he could get things to work that we would save five dollars per phone, which would be $20 a month. After an hour of completely confusing me and getting me all rattled, he said he wanted to go consult with his manager. He returned and told me, when I had time to call Customer Service. He handed me a piece of paper where he had written down the customer service number. I was frustrated that the manager didn't even offer to come talk to me. I told the employee I was calling customer service in the store and resolving this, before I left. When I called Customer Service, I explained that I was in the AT&T store and the employee basically couldn't do anything on his end to help me after an hour and requested i call. The customer service guy said he couldn't figure out why the employee in the store was having such difficulty because he was able to pull my account up with no problem. He apologized for my inconvenience, and solved my issue in a matter of minutes. I learned a lesson... I will always attempt to call customer service, before I ever enter an AT&T store. Also, the Customer Service guy told me I would be saving $10 on each phone, total of $40 each month. So, that was more invalid information I was given in the store. The best thing about my whole experience at the AT&T store was the employee walked me over to the door and opened it for me to leave. I did inform him my issue was resolved quickly, and customer service questioned why it was so difficult for them to handle it in the store.

The rep had to go to dinner but assured me if I call this number and they will turn back up services on quickly. I called number and after over 1 hour on phone they informed me that they can't do what they promised. I would not recommend ATT for any service they have . Beware of ATT for anything. They lie over promise and no accountability for customer service.

So, we made a phone call to our local AT&T Store and had the pleasure of talking with Jason. Jason walked us through the process over the phone, gave us the list of information we would need in order to complete the process and let us know that he would be there to help whenever we could make it over to the store. The next day we had everything together and, sure enough, Jason was there to greet us at the door and walk us through the whole process. Like anything, we ran into some issues along the way, but he patiently did whatever it took to make sure we were 100% good to go when we walked out the door. If you're ever in need of AT&T's service, I would highly recommend making the trip over to this store and checking to see if Jason or one of the other team members can help you out too!

    **Most Disappointing Customer Service Experience Ever**…read moreStore Associate: Kai Store Manager: Paris After numerous conversations, I worked with T-Mobile to have a replacement phone sent to this store for pickup for a warranty exchange. The store associate, Kai, reviewed the phone and said she wasn't sure she could process the exchange, so we called T-Mobile corporate in the store to confirm my device qualified. Two different T-Mobile leaders confirmed to her (on speaker phone) that since the screen was not cracked and had experienced an internal malfunction it was covered and they instructed the exchange to be processed on the spot. After the call Kai started pushing on the screen, aggressively jamming her nails into it and damaging my phone. I told her to stop. At this point, she told me she would not process my exchange. When I asked for a manager she said her manager, Paris, wasn't available, but she would call her to confirm if the exchange could be processed. Kai went into to the back office claiming to call her manager - she later admitted that she never actually called her manager - admitting she LIED to me. I told her that I had never experienced such poor customer service, lack of empathy, or disrespect - she couldn't care less. I went back to the store a few days later when I thought her manager Paris would be available, she wasn't but Kai was just as rude as before, making other customers in the store very uncomfortable. Many days later I received a call from the manager Paris, her communication disregarded my concerns, she didn't sound alarmed that her employee lied about calling her, or that she damaged my phone - the same one I was trying to replace for a warranty exchange. I told her I wanted to allow her to make the situation right but Paris failed to seize the opportunity. Paris then canceled the warranty exchange against my wishes, I later received an alert that it was canceled due to my request?!! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had, Kai and Paris are an embarrassing representation of the brand. Their actions and interactions were counter to everything T-Mobile claims to be. If I were able, I would rate the store negative stars.

I go to pick it up and immediately I notice THE SCREEN HE PUT IN MY PHONE WAS THE CHEAPEST LCD SCREEN PROBABLY AVAILABLE, not an AMOLED screen which is what I had. The whites have a pink hue, the refresh rate was about 30 and now I have giant bezels on my phone. I point it out to the guy and he immediately says he is going to order the correct screen and I can come back in a few days. So I go back and before I give him the phone I ask again, last time you told me you were putting the same screen in and that was not true, is this the correct screen. He tried BSing for a minute, but come to find out HE WAS APPARENTLY GOING TO PUT ANOTHER CHEAP LCD SCREEN IN MY PHONE in my phone. I told him my phone had an AMOLED display, you told me you were putting the same screen in and that was not the case, I would have not let you do the work if you were truthful. The screen is one of the main components you are paying for with a higher end phone. He then tells me AMOLED is going to be expensive. I ask how expensive and he says $100 more, which would bring me to $395 total with tax. I say ok that's reasonable. He orders it and I go back. It's a USED SCREEN, and at this point I just want a screen in my phone and it was in ok condition. He put the screen in, I pick it up. THE E6000 glue he used to put it together is A MESS OOZING OUT EVERYWHERE and THE BACK OF MY PHONE IS COMING OFF. I'm sure if I went back he would agree to "Fix" it, but no thanks. It's without a doubt no longer waterproof. Now I am going to have to pay to go somewhere else and hope and pray can remove all this excess glue and probably reseal the back glass.
