After significant frustration with AT&T network coverage (dropped and broken calls, no data transfer) I stopped into this Verizon Wireless store and met Alan Miller and Jason Handford. I am an old geezer with weak technical skills when it comes to electronic devices. Additionally, I ask thousands of questions and have the ability to irritate people very easily... often bringing them to the verge of committing Seppuku. Allen, Jason, and their entire crew had the misfortune of being hit by me with the ultimate double whammy... a bargain hunter filled with ignorant curiosity! Alan was very thorough and detail oriented in guiding me through the process of purchasing the correct equipment for me. The entire staff worked diligently in educating me; and guiding me into the best possible value for my communication needs and unique, difficult situation. Furthermore, after my initial purchase I requested, and was subsequently provided, a significant amount of additional help in setting up the devices that I purchased. I rarely go out of my way to provide reviews, but the exceptional service and unparalleled commitment to assisting me after the sale dictated the necessity to share this incredible experience with anyone in the market for mobile communication. Great experience, better than several other Verizon retailers in the area. The guy I talked to spent a lot of time trying to find out my data needs and wasn't just trying to sell me a plan. I got a lot of good advice and he acted like a true wireless consultant. We talked about how the 4G LTE router may not work at my house because I am so far from any cell towers (I live in tractor country) and sadly the best speed I ever got was 2 mbps. Not their fault...it is just where I live. So when I had to return it, I was happy to know that they kept all the promises they had made. The cancellation and return process was completely painless; and they were sorry it didn't work out, but still happy to help. After visiting the Go Wireless in Zion Crossroads, I was absolutely ecstatic with the customer service I was given. My boyfriend was changing carriers and I was transferring my line along with it. Allen and the team at the store were amazingly helpful in finding the phones that best suit our lifestyles and explaining just how helpful they could be for our busy every day life. I've been a long time fan of verizon and honestly I've only fallen more in love with the service it provides. My boyfriend also is falling head over heels for the quality and customer service. This is by far the best Verizon store I have ever been to... Jason and Sierra were the most helpful people in the world ... They were extremely nice, well spoken and very intellectual ... They didn't just just hand us a phone and send us on our way... They explained everything that we wanted and needed to know plus more.... I have been with Verizon now for almost 7 years and not once have ever been treated with this kind of service... I will NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER buy another phone from any other Verizon ... I was in the store on 5/28/2014 there was one person working, Krystle Legat. there were 5 people in front of me and before I was helped 2 more people came in. I have never seen such professionalism. Krystle greeted everyone and helped everyone while smiling and giving each person soupier service from what I saw. I didn't mind the wait because it was just a pleasure to watch one person handle so many with a smile curtsey and knowledge!
