So anyway, the guy arrives, and he has a Red Sox cap on, which is a risk in this neck of the woods. Vermont, if I had to guess, is 60% Red Sox fans, 40% Yankees fans, so yeah, we were happy about his hat. He is courteous, polite, young and cute (my sister's comment) and he petted the barking dog. He found the problem in 4 minutes (broken power cord, weird) fixed it, and left. No charge! Wow, does it get any better than that? We were all so pleased that we had a celebratory Sidecar. The customer service agent tried diligently to help us trouble shoot over the phone, to no avail. She put in a work order, I then told her I had some folks coming to stay in a day, could we get it fixed by that time, oh, did I mention, it was 4pm. No promises but she was going to do her best. It may take you several attempts to get your service hooked up correctly. After 5 visits I simply gave up and accepted the fact it was a subpar company. A while later during another service call it was discovered that the 5 technicians who were all involved in my install missed something. The service regularly cuts out and regularly fails. Even the extra speeds I'm offered for internet crash and are incapable of normal use. I had to put wifi boosters through out the house. That cost money. The cable service always fails. The recording capability is sketchy. There are no public access stations that I could find and the return to the public in the Lakes Region amounts to nothing more than poor service. The politicians gave them exclusive rights and we received the shaft. The best thing I did for my television was switch to Direct TV. I'm stuck with metro cast wifi. I disconnected my phone with them.

Not the easiest to use. My company recently got a new Website Host and Optimizer so we moved our mail over to an IMAP account. I immediatly started getting Junkmail right away. I never knew the Meganet filtered the Junk Mail and just never sent it to you. Mind you I never once had an issue with a person calling me wondering if I got their email. So even though Meganet deleted the Spam it was always done right. I might have got 2-3 junk mails a week. Now I 20 per a day. Although I am not with Meganet anymore I felt that I should write a review. Great job filtering my email for the past 7-8 years. Now I realized you saved me a bunch of time.
