I wish there were a button for negative stars because if so I would give negative 5 stars. I don't understand how this company is even in business first off I went in get a new phone and the two gentlemen that were on back counter not even looking up they look disinterested in helping anyone I had to walk over to the counter to get their attention to let them know I was there. The gentleman I was with didn't have his name tag on and he said his name was Mike. I said I need a smart that was easy to use, I told him I had a smartphone but it was and older model, he very quickly said we have 2 differnet iPhones. That really made me angry, why would u say an iPhone to me I asked him well he said "it's and easy phone to use and everyone had one" I found that comment very rude. Then when I asked if I was in a real verizon store, he point to sign in a rude remark and said no we are gomobl. I then proceeded to ask him about any extra charges for getting a phone here compared to another store. Mike said yes there's an upgrade fee that goes on your bill, and there's a 20 set up fee. I asked what the 20 set up fee was for and said it's for him to transfer everything over to the new phone, I said I will not pay that and he insisted he had to charge me I told him I would have my son do it. He then explained that he could waive this so called fee, by selecting one of their bundles that costs you an additional 99 in store, basically you pay 99 dollars for items you can get on eBay or other retailer's for much less and the credits they offer are a joke, who's to say I won't go back to go wireless in two years when my phone renewal is up, that's is by far the biggest hoax in selling I have ever they pull the bait and switch with that sales trick. I told I'm going to probably go else where and get a phone and cancle service and he laughed and said that doesnt effect me any. I'm here to sell you a phone. I was uphauled at the lack of customer service that this company has bestowed in the store, Mike was not only insulting but rude. He shouldn't be holding a job in customer service at all, as the result of how I was treated I will going to Hingham board of directors and the better business Bureau and ask what I can do. The fact how I was treated wasn't right and I feel this review will not only hurt their business but people will read this not go in, but if they do they not to deal with Mike. I will never shop their again, and my family and friends will know about this. I'm even thinking about putting a comment in the local town paper because I'm not happy at. The store manager Raphael was so so helpful, so knowledgable and so wonderful to me when I was looking reluctantly to upgrade my flip phone for a smart phone. Obviously I am not very savvy with the latest & greatest technology & he was so patient and really steered me in the right direction. I was so happy with my experience & so impressed with the service here that I decided to bring my elderly parents in with me a week later to get them cell phones. As imagined, this was not an easy task to pick out a phone they can manage AND also teach them how to work them. With the help of Raphael & another fabulous employee named Matt, my parents finally got the hang of their new phones. It took a few phone calls with questions & a couple more visits but they finally mastered them and during all of this both Raphael & Matt never made them feel inadequate or bad for SLOWLY "getting it". I take the time to write a review about a terrific experience at this Gomobl. The Store Manager, Rafael is intelligent about the product, patient with the customer, understands the issues and wants to provide reasonable and helpful solutions to them. He took time to explain the how tos and make sure everything worked. i now understand my service, have an explanation about the costs and feel confident that I am getting the maximum benefit from Verizon for the cost. I even got my computer cleaned of the fingerprints. Had to get an upgrade today, and Matt offered me exceptional customer service. He was extremely friendly and personable. He took the time to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Matt treated me like a person, not just a "customer ". I had come in a day or two prior to this and got help and advice from David about upgrading, and he was also great to work with. I will definitely go back to this store in the future. I appreciated all the friendly one-on-one help rather than feeling like I was just the next customer in line they had to move in and out without paying attention to my specific needs. I was assisted by David Mullen, as well as Chris, the store manager, as I recently upgraded my iPhone and also purchased an iPad. Both David and Chris were extremely knowledgeable, incredibly efficient and spent a very long period of time with me addressing all of my questions, as well as ensuring that everything was up and running and functioning properly before I left the store. Went to this location today to add a number to my account. Mark D. and the other staff members were very helpful and made sure that the account was set up properly. They made sure that all of the incentives/rebates for the products that I purchased were used and guided me through the "how to's" of my new phone. Worked with Reneau Cherant the other day to add both my parents onto our family plan as well as upgrade my phone. He was awesome and spent a LOT of time with me to make sure every detail was taken care of. I would completely recommend Reneau. Was in there on a weekday and it was not very busy as all. The process did take quite a while but as long as my billing turns out as promised, it will be worth it! read more

There was a sign saying "Gone to Lunch. Be back 3:47." I'm pretty sure Verizon stores don't close in the middle of the day for any reason, and corporate would lose their minds if they ever see this.
