My brother and I were trying to be potential customers of Verizon but we went into this location to pick up our phones that we had ordered and got the pick up from that store on December 12,2018. We were treated very poorly and we got the feeling that it was because of our color. Upon walking in no one spoke to us just starred and got back to what they were doing (nothing) there was only one customer in the store at the time. However Clest is the sales associate who chose to help us. The information she gave wasn't accurate and we weren't getting much help from her so we asked for a manager. Marwan who is the store manager came but he was really rude to us and didn't help with much either at the time we were still on the phone with a customer service representative trying to get things figured out and the customer service representative on the phone also felt like they were being rude and nasty to us. So she reported them to her manager and ordered us to take down there names as well. The customer service is exceptionally slow. I went in to check some details on my contract and they didn't acknowledge me at the door, as all the workers were occupied with customers at the time. This is the worst location and will never step foot in there again. I was LIED TO RIGHT TO MY FACE AND DECIEVED as to what I was getting. I purchased two new phones and an IPad. I was not told that to get the special on the IPad I had to get a third phone line for two years. I was told that the agreement on my two new phones qualified. Was never told of a third phone line until I saw it on my monthly billed and called to ask whose number it was. Also I was given a more expensive IPad and not told, because they did not have any more of the one I requested. That I also found out when my bill came. When I went to the store and talked to the store manager I was told there is nothing he could do for me because it was past the 14 days. I said if I wasn't told and my bill came 20 days after the transaction date. He said he can't do anything for me. I told him yes you can because I spoke with the customer service and they told me that you are the only one that can take care of it. He replied well yes I can but I'm not going to. I told him I was a 24 year Verizon customer and you are not going to do anything for me. He said no and you can leave. He was extremely disrespectful. He said I'm not going to argue with you so you can leave. I have been a manager in retail for 20 years and have never seen or have been treated so rudely!!!! I called back to customer service and they corrected the price on the IPad. They refunded the price of the case I purchased for the IPad and some other comps.
