I wish I could put a negative star!…read more To say I had a horrible experience at this Beretania Street store with Kevin is an understatement! What happened with Kevin was extremely disappointing and, quite honestly, raised serious concerns for me about integrity and trust. He told us that we needed a tracker in order to upgrade my daughter's phone at the lowest cost. What I later discovered was that he had actually added FIVE trackers to my account, while only telling me that we needed one. He also told me my bill would only increase by $15 per month for two years. I later discovered that it would actually have increased by $30 per month for three years. I was never given a receipt or documentation for the changes he made to my account, and he even told me that I was not authorized to make changes online to my own account. I told him I pay the bill but I'm not authorized?!? Go figure!! Kevin also claimed that the upgrade was taking extra long because of all of these "issues" on my account. Looking back, I have serious concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the information I was given. That is not okay. I trusted that he was helping us get the best deal, only to discover that what I was told was not accurate. If I had known the truth, I never would have agreed to those additional trackers or the terms of the upgrade. Because of how the situation was handled, I had to spend another two hours of my time that evening and the next day--time that is valuable to me--going into another store and chatting with T-Mobile to get Kevin's actions corrected. Unfortunately, my experience at the Kunia store wasn't much better. The employee who helped me seemed as though she didn't want to be there and was simply going through the motions of correcting Kevin's mistake. There was no friendliness, empathy, or apology for the situation I was having to deal with. I was already frustrated by what had happened, and the lack of concern from the person helping me only added to the poor experience. I am grateful that she took care of the issue without pushing back or trying to "save the sale," but I would have appreciated a genuine apology and some acknowledgment of what I had just gone through. The one bright spot was Sam S., who was extremely helpful, took the time to listen, and ultimately helped rectify the situation. I'm genuinely grateful that I was able to chat with him and get his help. But I should never have had to spend two additional hours correcting something that happened because of how Kevin handled my account. This wasn't simply a misunderstanding or poor customer service--it was a situation where I was given misleading information, products were added to my account that I did not understand I was agreeing to, and I was not provided documentation of the changes. T-Mobile needs to do better. Customers should be able to trust that employees are being completely honest, transparent, and ethical about what they are adding to an account, especially when it affects what we pay. What happened with Kevin has significantly impacted my trust in T-Mobile, and therefore I will not recommend the company to anyone else.

Hyo is the manager and has helped me out the most. He's always so friendly and accommodating when I come in with a problem, and is very knowledgable and patiently answers any questions that I have. I made an appointment for the next day Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 4:30pm. I came after work and I got there at 4:00pm. I waited for an available technician. The girl explained to me that camera needed to be replaced, the battery(73%) replaced, she cleaned the speaker and it was okay after. $288.00 + tax = $301.00 4:30pm and it will be ready at 7:00pm. I came back at 7:30pm Waited for a little while again. The boy from earlier that was helping someone else earlier at 4:30pm he helped me and he remembered me from earlier. He brought out my phone and he told me to check it out. The camera was working properly again. The battery at 100% again. Yay! I can use it a little longer till the iPhone 18 comes out in September?? If I have any problems in the future. I will be back again.

Extremely disappointing experience -- and even more disappointing response from management…read more We went to the Kahala location to have a cell phone screen replaced. Before beginning the repair, the staff looked up our account and then proceeded to remove the damaged screen and install a brand-new one. Only after the repair was completed were we told that they could not locate this particular phone on our account and that, as a result, we would have to pay to set up an entirely new account rather than pay the low-cost screen replacement fee we had expected. This should have been verified before anyone touched the phone. What happened next was even more frustrating. Rather than acknowledging their mistake and finding a reasonable way to make the situation right, we were told that the best they could do was remove the brand-new screen they had just installed and put our damaged screen back on. They did exactly that -- except the old screen could not be reapplied properly. It was returned to us full of air bubbles and in worse condition than when we walked into the store. So we came in with a damaged but usable screen and left minutes later with a phone in significantly worse condition, all because the store failed to verify our eligibility before beginning the repair. Mistakes happen. What determines whether I continue doing business with a company is how it responds when it makes one. An apology, acknowledgment of the error, and a reasonable effort by management to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, there was no meaningful attempt to rectify a problem the store itself created. Had management handled this differently, they could have retained us as customers. Instead, this experience ensured the opposite.
