I have an issue with Verizon charging me for equipment that i have not and don't use. They had someone call me in an attempt to keep me as a client and was supposed to fix the issue and send me a label for the past 2 years. Yet they are still billing me. Today, I called in for assistance and was hung up twice. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. This has been the worst service I have ever had with a cell service. PSA: Ample parking, weird location, and was caught off guard by the new "check-in" feature...be sure to check-in and make an appointment ahead of time...although the associate stressed that making an appointment was optional, that also comes with waiting almost an hour to see or speak to someone at the store...who has an hour to kill on a weekend with only three associates working at the store on a weekend! like c'moooooooon!!! Then when I approached the associate again trying to see what the ETA was, Chris was rude and seemingly got more and more defensive as the conversation went on, which I thought was so rude. Terrible customer service and did not do anything to de-escalate my feelings of worry at all, but rather, just made me more upset. We finally sat down with someone after waiting an hour...which, mind you, our quoted wait time was 30-45 minutes, but Chris was trying to tell us that our wait time was one hour... Couldn't believe the rude customer service, as I have been with Verizon since day one, when cell phones just became a thing and were new to the scene...I had a brief lapse of judgement when I went with Sprint in college, but reverted right back to Verizon, but I am deeply considering switching carriers after the horrible service and constant issues with dropped calls, etc. Don't go to this location, as you will not be treated with respect here. read more

I was very hesitant to visit this location given the past reviews, however this location is very close to my home and I crossed my fingers that my problem could be solved by even the newest of employees. I visited this Verizon around 4:20pm on a Friday- knowing this would also likely be a busy time for them, but it's the best time for me to stop by. Upon entering, I saw all employees were already with other customers. I saw another woman was already there waiting. Less than 60 seconds the manager Cristobal (as it shows on his name tag) greeted me, asked why I was there, got my info, and got me "checked in" so I could be assisted in the order I arrived. 6 more people showed up in less than 10 minutes, Cristobal continued to do the same with each customer and also took care of the pick up orders Imbetween. I observed a few other employees also assist customers with what they could imbetween what I'm assuming were long wait times for their current customers phones to download or something similar. At some point Cristobal began to address the problem I had with my phone, while also politely and professionally greeting each customer that walked in so they knew they would be taken care of as soon as possible. Cristobal was professional, and friendly, he resolved the problem I had with my phone quickly and also answered my 20 questions I had about wifi/internet. Very knowledgeable on the product. From what I could tell of the other employees each one of them seemed polite and helpful to their customers. I was very impressed with the entire team seeing as how busy the store got, everyone remained professional and continued to help customers in an orderly fashion. If I could rate NO STARS, I would. Since I DO Not have the phones yet. Due to earlier delivery date than reported by Verizon AND the order being returned the SAME early delivery by UPS AFTER leaving a tracking notification to make next day delivery, I would not know whether I like the phone. But I DEFINITELY know there is some sort of disconnect with Verizon and UPS, since AFTER 10 days, neither Verizon nor UPS has processed the shipment or produced a valid UPS tracking number. Greeted upon arrival and the team member was friendly, however my issue was left unresolved. This might not have been his fault, though I felt like he could have helped me further. He was a bit dismissive towards my problem by handing me a card to call, in order for them to resolve my phone issues. What good does it do to have a store available to me, however can't help me anymore than passing me over to a 2nd party. I'm not sure what I pay Verizon a monthly protection plan service for, when they want to charge me an additional $200 to fix my phone issues. So ridiculous and a waste of time and money. read more

This review is pretty much for the customer representative that helped me during this trip. Back up to a year or two ago, I came here with a problem with my droid and had a certain representative take my battery and back cover off, given to me and took off with my phone. I was told that he was going to get it sent and another one would come. A few days later I came back to the stated time (monday) and suddenly my phone disappeared with the representative not acknowledging that he took the phonem, hmm... I had to get the "high up" customer service agents via phone call outside the store to track down and actually see what happened to my phone. Even the "acting" manager could not help me, in the end I finally got my phone with a visit to the nearest UPS office. I vowed never to come back, I had much better services at those little places like at Willowbrook Mall. One star for you guys at this time you crooks! Forward into time a year or two ahead. A friend sold me his Incredible II for a fraction of what I could get even on ebay so I reluctantly came here to get my account switched over to my "new to me" phone. Cristobar Perez came over to help me, told me that I could have done that from home but gladly showed me the way on their computer how to set up a verizon account and go through the steps. I have never (except for the lady at Willowbrook Mall stand alone place by the food court) had such good service until now, Cris was fantastic, patient and for somebody so young showed that professionalism can be trained and carried out at any age. This guy is going to go places if he keeps this up. Because of him my faith at the Verizon "super" stores I guess you could say has been restored, I just won't let my phone out of my sight still. The store is kept at a good 70 degrees so when the true summer heat gets here in a month or two you can duck into here while browsing on your next electronic handcuff. My mother cannot post this as herself as she just passed away. If Yelp takes this review down I will also think YELP itself has less heart as well as Verizon does as a dead person cannot do reviews. So this review should stand. My mom got on the phone to tell the representative my husband could speak for her (when she was alive which she is not now). In addition, my husband called Verizon for my mom with myself and my mom in the room. He was on hold for over an hour. Finally was transferred to a person who seemed to have a clue and after another 45 minutes with that person, that person said my mom was due a HUGE credit as he found notes that my mom had called in to say the phone was stolen and to turn OFF the phone plan for that phone. He was researching the exact value and the call dropped. She had been being charged for two phone plans in excess of 200 each since approx April to August. She called back in and after several hours on hold and being transferred around they said they had no record of the call even though my husband was on the phone with a human on her phone with Verizon. Verizon continued to charge her when she called in to say to stop and continues to charge her until we turned off Verizon in August and took her current phone. It was over 200 a month they were charging her for phone service she didn't have in her possession and had told them to turn off. She did buy a new phone so they were charging her for 2 plans even tho she'd clearly told them to turn 1 of them off and the rep we talked to had acknowledged this. She is still getting nasty letters months after we took her phone and put it on our plan. They refused to give her credits she deserved even tho she was with them for countless years. At the time we moved her we had my mom, hubs mom, my dad and our 2 phones on our AT&T plan so we had 5 lines. And we will NEVER EVER no matter if they pay us a million dollars refer or move anything to Verizon. She is still getting letters saying she owes money when they owe her money but of course the point is moot now but it makes me boil to see these nasty letters coming to her when they should have returned our call that dropped, listened to her first call instead of being rude and also saying we here of phones being stolen all the time, she even paid both phones completely off, you'd think the person on the other end would confirm her request of turning off the service but um no, that would take listening and follow through, listened and followed through on her MANY calls in between which they kept telling her there was nothing they could do, and the call she made after the call dropped with my husband in August they acted like there was no record of the call which there clearly was. Verizon you score less than zero. And if could put less than a star I would. Please use other companies that listen to their customers. Verizon does not listen at all. read more

Not helpful. I went in to try to get info about my account and lower my payments through a promotion email I received. Right away they ignored my request and tried to sell me a tablet. After I got them back on track, they had me wait for 20 minutes just to tell me I have to call customer service to get help. I went in to avoid having to call. What a waste of my time. Unless you're looking to by a tablet, I wouldn't bother with this place. Update: I added a star because they called after I left and said they were able to take care of the situation and get me my lower payment discount. I have been a Verizon customer for 10+ years. I have visited this store multiple times and bought all devices for my family from them. I went in at the beginning of the year to purchase another line and a tablet. Everything thing went well until I recently went to upgrade my sons phone and was told I had a delinquent bill of $900. Apparently the sales "specialist" that assisted me with the new devices put them on a "sub-account" separate from my typical bill that does not show up online or on my bill. I went into the store to see if we could fix this. I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that I requested it, it could not have been done by mistake. I pay my bill every month either on time or early. Why would I go delinquent for a monthly charge of $23? They did not want to help or admit fault even when I said I would take my business else where. I'm not trying to get out of the devices I purchased. I am merely trying to get them added to my plan the way they were intended. I contacted customer service on 4 occasions to get this resolved and was bounced around from person to person who told me they could do nothing because I requested this. I have been a loyal Verizon customer and wished to resolve this so I could get my son a new phone and so they could get paid monthly the way this was intended in the first place. Apparently Verizon is such a large company now that they don't care about their customers. I will now have to be a loyal Sprint customer. read more

I went one night to get a plan started with Verizon, it's not like I showed up 10 minutes before closing, They didn't close for another hour, but they couldn't have possibly made it any more obvious that they did not want my business. I purchased my phone outright and just brought it to get a month to month plan but they still signed me up for a two year contract. I was very confused and frustrated and left to deal with the return later that week. I'm happy with Verizon as my cellular provider, but this retail store is terrible. I wish zero stars were an option for this specific store. I have had two issues at this location first with my IPhone6 when I ended up going to Apple directly and now with my wife's new phone. The customer service rep Krystal (spelling) was more concerned with her nails and leaving for the day then any actual customer service. She was condescending at every turn, questioned our choices for declining insurance and just plain rude. When we requested a different customer service rep, she proceeded to talk about us to her management in a way to assume we were the problem. There's no wonder Krystal is a Verizon sales rep, she probably wouldn't succeed many other places. Still love Verizon for coverage but please go to another location for your phone needs. read more

The WORST customer service in my 15+ years with Verizon. I choose the In Store Pick Up option for my new iPhone and arrived at the store after 4+ hours of not receiving a text saying my order was ready. Miraculously when I arrived and gave them my ID a text came to my phone saying my order was ready. The phone bag was then thrust in my face with a "Your order is done, bye." I was stunned to say the least and asked, what about setting up my phone, what about trading in my old phone? Where is the customer service? I was told this was the new online way and that they could provide me a print out of what to do next. And then they asked if I needed accessories. I flat out said that they needed to visit the stores in North Texas to 1) learn the definition of customer service, 2) I was an intelligent woman and could do this on my own and 3) it was the last time I would enter that store. Trying to get the family switched from AT&T. An associate was helping and made several references to figures about competitor performance and Verizon statistics. Upon further research I was able to conclude that almost all of numbers were incorrect. This embellishment of figures made me weary of the credibility and if the associate was just trying to make a sale on a naive consumer.
