    I wouldn't recommend Xfinity at all. I'd been with them since 10/2021, here it is 11/2023. I'd opted for automatic payments. See the attached photos of how Xfinity sneakily doubled my monthly cost below . We've got to stop letting companies get away with this sort of robbery. It wasn't until I decided to cancel that I was then offered various cheaper rates, of course, as low as the original rate in which I'd initially started. If you can raise prices without consumer approval, appreciation should have Xfinity to automatically lower rates of consumers who've displayed or displaying loyalty.

    Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. This is my go to location. They acknowledge those that walk in. Instead of ignoring them.

Then when I approached the associate again trying to see what the ETA was, Chris was rude and seemingly got more and more defensive as the conversation went on, which I thought was so rude. Terrible customer service and did not do anything to de-escalate my feelings of worry at all, but rather, just made me more upset. We finally sat down with someone after waiting an hour...which, mind you, our quoted wait time was 30-45 minutes, but Chris was trying to tell us that our wait time was one hour... Couldn't believe the rude customer service, as I have been with Verizon since day one, when cell phones just became a thing and were new to the scene...I had a brief lapse of judgement when I went with Sprint in college, but reverted right back to Verizon, but I am deeply considering switching carriers after the horrible service and constant issues with dropped calls, etc. Don't go to this location, as you will not be treated with respect here.

    Ezee fiber works with a company called Blackrock Utilities. They were ripping up the parkway in…read morefront of my house. I know I have no say in that so I kept my mouth shut. I didn't like the work they were doing up and down my block, so I began looking at reviews as they started to do their work in front of my property. Of course, while reading bad reviews about their installation, they hit my gas line. Nicor had to come out to repair it. Nicor was quick and professional. They had my gas back up in a couple hours from the original outage. Now, Nicor is going to have to run a new line to my house. We'll see. If they come back and fix my lawn, I'll update this review to reflect it. I originally gave them one star and was harsher in my review, but so far they have been following up on the lawn repairs at my house and the surrounding properties. *Update - Ezee Fiber has reached out already, which is promising. **Update 2 - They showed up yesterday to check on my lawn repairs. Some looked good to ok, but a couple were looking bad. BUT, to their credit, they put down some fresh soil, seed and cover in the spots that needed more help. I did not expect that kind of follow-up, so I was pleasantly surprised.
