They took my phone, did their "work," & when they handed it back, they casually mentioned, "Oh, we can't fix the thumbprint, but we can order it for you." How is that solving my problem? They went from quoting me $140 to $120. Great. However, just minutes after leaving, my home button stopped pressing smoothly, it got stuck & I had to press hard to get it to respond. Went back to show them, & of course, they did nothing. So now, I'm left with a broken button/thumbprint sensor & a $120 hole in my wallet. ___________________________ One-Week Update: The home button detached like it was trying to flee the scene. Now it's just a sad, useless piece of plastic. ___________________________ Three-Month Update: My phone has become a drama queen, losing battery faster than I can charge it & restarting every few minutes like it's auditioning for a reboot. Took it somewhere else to get fixed, & guess what? They informed me my side plates were missing. So yeah, this place decided my phone was a buffet & took parts without asking. How can we even know what they're doing when they take the phone to the back? Watch your back & your phone, because they might be "rearranging" things without you knowing. Good luck, but if you enjoy fixing someone else's mess after you pay them, this place might just be your cup of tea.

The young black girl, whose badge was not visible, could not define disrespect but was chronically rude and uneducated. While Edgar was racist and made a spectacle of that in front of another customer he was waiting on. All of them, including Edgar and the exception of the nice employee who said hi when I came in, were laughing at me/situation. Apparently, it was an opportunity to display his condescending ways by asking me to leave the store because I could not get the information he needed at a time he thought was not fast enough, and in a bid to be power drunk. It just showed the level of professionalism. He even told me to take his name down, I guess to let me know it's a norm for the store(I read their reviews afterwards and I believe it since I was a victim of it today), then told me to leave the store because he was not having his way. I guess professionalism, personal and business relationships are not easily defined or comprehendable and he abused his authority. He told me to go to a corporate store down the street. I am going to privately and publicly ask if T-Mobile condones this, and hopefully, their cameras were running to see Edgar's show of shame.

He blamed packaging and it can be damaged during transport. When asked about why packaging wasn't sealed he said it was so phones could be unlocked. I bought my 6s brand new unlocked from Apple and their packaging was sealed. I should have known something was up when I found out there was NO returns or refunds. If you stand behind your products so much why would you be worried about people coming back demanding refunds? I would have given this place less stars but Sam was really helpful in resolving our issue, but there should have never been an issue in the first place. Despite owning so many "new" phones Sam admitted he purchased his phone through Apple which I thought was kind weird but whatever. Would I recommend this place to my friends and family? Probably not. Put in some more money and purchase through Apple or your cellphone provider. Like a reviewer before me said - these are nice people but I don't think they're honest

As per instructions of the tech, I took off the rubberband 24 hrs later. The line appeared minutes after I took the rubber band. We sent you a text to Josh, and he did not respond. I called the next business day, and he said it was not their fault. The phone was NOT dropped, smashed, or banged. The phone was placed in the protective case as instructed after taking off the rubber band. Prior to going to the store, josh quoted me $225 for parts and that he will fix it for $240-- (at the time of pick up, I was charged $320 to take the phone home by the tech. here is the phone call recording: https://www.filemail.com/d/ajthfmiwfurjkfw filemail holds it on the cloud for one week from today/ Also, a few months before, we took my wife's phone to get a screen protector to put on it. We asked for a gel; he used another material which left the screen in less than usable conditions and sloppy. We took it back and asked for a gel, and he replaced it again with the same material, and again, the phone's screen is unusable and messy. Josh agreed that the technician should have used the gel protector and that he would order one for me, and he never called me bACK. When we called he ignored our calls. $20 for a protector. My phone fell and the screen got cracked and should have not. We gave cell spa a 2nd chance to benefit from the doubt to make it good with this situation. Again very disappointed! We are requesting a refund us the complete charge of $320. I called, left him a message to contact me on this matter, sent him a text, and he has not responded. The phone call was dropped when I called, or it went to voicemail. the store's number on Saturday rang more than 10 times and no one answered. on Monday I made a call and same, no answer. contact of josh, owner's cell phone, 832-520-6760 and 832-643-6601- taking to small claims, BBB, & social media... I bought a voucher from groupon and josh told me to return it because it is not for my cell phone. it was listed on groupon and he said "they" made a mistake!
