I have the 13 Pro right now(I know its old and outdated) and a couple of weeks ago my phone went in SOS mode and would not turn back on. I went to this location to see what they could do about it. I spoke with Raheem, and he immediately said there was nothing he or the store could do about it. "The phone is shot now, I can't fix that and you'll need to get a new one" I walk over to the iphones, and I ask to see the 16 Pro... Raheems response - "Thats last years model, we're not going to have any of those in stock." he is insistent on selling me on the 17 pro max. This went on for a good 10-15 minutes...My phone comes back off SOS during our conversation and I pull up Safari and ask "My phone goes in and out of SOS mode, what can i do to fix it?" The top suggested answer... Take it into your carriers store and they can replace the SIM. I stop Raheem from pushing the new phone, and i told him i just want a new SIM... "yeah i could do that" SERIOUSLY?!? Your very first words to me was that it was shot and I had to get a new one.... Took him all of 5 minutes to replace the SIM and its information transferred with no issues. This was 3 weeks ago and my phone has yet to have the "SOS" mode happen, and no thanks to Raheem. If I have no other option and have to return to this store, I will walk out if Raheem is the only person there. read more

Horrible experience with this VICTRA store. Went in to look for phone upgrades, was NOT informed of a $39.99 Set Up and Go Service Smartphone fee that was charged four times on my invoice. I expected to pay full taxes for the four phones but nowhere, not even once, was there mention of a $39.99 fee to do the activation there. I've always gotten the phones and activated them myself at home, never been charged the $40 fee. I did not ask for this service nor was I informed of it being an added service fee. Not only did we waste 2 hours sitting at the store for them to activate it, we paid them $160 to sit there. Very upset- would not recommend visiting this store. Longtime Verizon customer here. Went by a Verizon store yesterday to get a new phone as my old phone was slowing down. Had been in Verizon website at our account several times recently, having noted all the trade-in promos "supposedly" going on. First thing I mentioned to the sales rep - Jonathan - was trade-in possibilities. I was quickly informed there aren't any such deals presently. Ok. Along the way, he asked if I was 55-plus, to which I responded "yes". He then informed me that - while advising the new account billing rates - that I/we might be eligible for their 55+ seniors discount. At the end, he advised that I need to call their Customer Service number *611 to get set up for AutoPay discount and also check into the 55+ discount. Wasn't a fan of the digital assistant at *611, so I went back into their website, to see if I could apply for both there. Good news on the AutoPay application - I COULD and did do that online, simply. *** As for the 55+ discount, well, funny thing... there are eligibility option(s) that you'd choose. The 2nd one, your applicable location. Amusingly, there's ONLY ONE option: FLORIDA. As Jonathan knew full well, I/we live in TEXAS. The 4th option: 'Are you new to Verizon?' Amusingly, there's ONLY ONE option there as well: YES. So, while knowing full well it was NOT an option for us, he played that card anyway. I went in in early December to purchase a new iphone 15 pro max and the entire process from start to finish was a complete let down and waste of time. It took 45 minutes of waiting inside for an associate just to verify that they did in fact have the phone model in the back safe. To set everything up, the entire visit took two and a half hours, almost three, and we left with my new phone completely messed up. When transferring my line to my new phone, the associate transferred my father's line to my new phone and my line to his phone, which left both of us without properly working phones for over a day. They had to call support for over an hour to try and switch the lines back, and to this day, my phone still has my father's voice mail recording as my mailbox instead of my previous recording. Also, almost none of my cloud save data transferred over and I lost thousands of my photos. Almost two months later and my phone is still having technical issues. They also decided to put some resin screen protector crap on my screen and cameras without asking me (I had asked for a physical, sticker screen type of screen protector) and now I have issues with my screen responsiveness and my top of the line iphone 15 cameras have issues focusing while filming and taking pictures. Overall, my new phone feels like it got ruined from the start, I lost a good chunk of my cloud data, and I will never get those three hours of my life back. I'm very disappointed and aggravated!
