About two weeks later, we checked our account and our bill was **$289**. How does a bill jump that high? We went back to speak with Derick, and it turned out he didn't know what he was talking about. He added an extra line that he claimed was "free," but it was actually adding about **$50** to our bill. On top of that, the plan itself was never going to be $120 like we were promised. We've been dealing with this issue for about a month and a half. Every time we contacted T-Mobile, we were told they could get our bill down to the $120 we were originally promised, but nothing was ever resolved. We eventually went back to the store and spoke with the manager, but that wasn't helpful either. He told us it was Derick's first day and basically said it wasn't his fault. While I understand that new employees are learning, customers shouldn't have to pay the price for misinformation. At this point, we would cancel T-Mobile, but we're stuck because we have to pay off our phones first. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I expected honesty and transparency, but instead we've dealt with broken promises, billing issues, and no real solution.

When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. So they proceed and open the phone and did the repair for the flashlight. After a couple of they the phone was "ready" and apparently everything was working properly until I try to pay with apple pay or use the wallet ( the sensor for that wasn't working), then went to a concert try to use the phone as a ticket no working, went to the store for the third time, he told no worries sorry for that and bla bla bla. They "fixed" and when they gave the phone back the sensor was not working. Fourth time to the store to fixed that but this time was worse. The person that was working in there was fired and they told they will take care of the problem. Today when I try to pick my phone after being in the store for 5 days. He told me the technician told him that was a problem with the mother board and if I want to fixed will be $150 for a issue they create. Basically I spent $160 to replace the back Cristal of my phone and I need with a phone with scratched, a messed up mother board and scratches all over the edge. STAY AWAY OF THIS SCAMMERS

Because they refused to honor the clear terms on the spot without stripping my future protection, I was forced to leave, drive to a competitor (Advance Auto Parts), and spend $286.61 out of pocket just to get my vehicle safely back on the road. ​To protect my rights, I formally escalated this entire paper trail up the corporate ladder, eventually reaching out directly to the company President, Dennis Norris. To the corporate office's credit, they immediately recognized the error, bypassed the store's narrative, and issued a full $233.19 refund for the merchandise. ​However, I allowed this business ample opportunity to make the entire situation right. Instead, the staff on duty stonewalled me and corporate decided to pick and choose at their convenience what my loss was.
