I went to this location to see what they could do about it. I spoke with Raheem, and he immediately said there was nothing he or the store could do about it. "The phone is shot now, I can't fix that and you'll need to get a new one" I walk over to the iphones, and I ask to see the 16 Pro... Raheems response - "Thats last years model, we're not going to have any of those in stock." he is insistent on selling me on the 17 pro max. This went on for a good 10-15 minutes...My phone comes back off SOS during our conversation and I pull up Safari and ask "My phone goes in and out of SOS mode, what can i do to fix it?" The top suggested answer... Take it into your carriers store and they can replace the SIM. I stop Raheem from pushing the new phone, and i told him i just want a new SIM... "yeah i could do that" SERIOUSLY?!? Your very first words to me was that it was shot and I had to get a new one.... Took him all of 5 minutes to replace the SIM and its information transferred with no issues. This was 3 weeks ago and my phone has yet to have the "SOS" mode happen, and no thanks to Raheem. If I have no other option and have to return to this store, I will walk out if Raheem is the only person there.

It's a small locally owned business connected to a gas station. I almost missed it. It's kind of hidden amongst window posters of phones and cell service things. Mr. Vo the shop keeper was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Plus the price was even more fantastic- I have taken iPad, iPhone and an iPod - my kiddos are clumsy.... he usually takes a few hours and once just 30 min!
