However, once the contract was signed, none of those promises were honored. I was told my monthly phone bill would be a certain amount, but what was never disclosed was that the first two months would be nearly three times higher. In just two months, I have already been charged over $1,000 for service for two phones and a smartwatch. I was also told the phones we received would be free as part of a promotion for new customers since we traded in our paid-off devices. That turned out to be misleading. On top of that, I later discovered additional services, including an early upgrade option, were added to my account without my consent or any discussion. I have returned to the store four separate times to try to resolve these issues, but Crystal has been dismissive and unwilling to help each time. After the contract was signed, it felt like we were completely ignored. Overall, this experience has been misleading, dishonest, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend going to an official AT&T corporate store instead to avoid similar issues.

Employee Monica was awesome! Despite a queue of customers that ran four deep, she remained unflappable, calmly and steadily helping her customers til it was my turn. Monica efficiently dispatched my file migration project, expertly multi-tasking while occasionally peering over to confirm my files were still transmitting. In the past 21 years of using smart phones, I've dealt with T Mobile stores in Chino Hills and Diamond Bar. With the latter location now shuttered, San Dimas emerged as my new go-to location.
