Actually shocked this place keeps its doors open with how atrocious their customer service is. Went in to trade in my phone, what seemed like the manager Marvin was helpful that day and we had to order in a new phone. All good, I'll come back and pick it up then trade my old one in not a problem. Needless to say, it took 3 more visits after that day to get the phone trade in completed and plan/promotion sorted out. Absolute waste of my time as I spent about 1-2 hours there each time with the other guy Mustafah who would have to call Verizon customer service to get help... Utter lack of respect for my time as a customer as I did not have a whole day to spend there not that anyone does or wants to for that matter. At one visit he turned of the service to my new phone in hopes of restoring whatever mess up happened in the first place to then leave me waiting for the new phone to get fixed so I could leave and go on with my day. Of course now a month later still dealing with on my account because of the way they set up the promotion and plan on the new phone, causing yet another few hours on the phone with regular Verizon customer service who was VERY helpful in sorting out this major debacle. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible customer service (or lack of)! I stopped by and tried to pick up a phone I had pre-ordered that was available for in store pickup. When I arrived, I checked in but the only 2 people working were tied up with customers that they were working with prior to me walking in. No one acknowledged me or greeted me...I waited 15 mins and then left for an appt I had at the post office next door. I returned after wards and they were still working with the same people, still no acknowledgement or greeting. I waited 25 mins more and still no acknowledgement. Two other people walked in and waited for some acknowledgment and then walked out. I don't know if they were short staffed but they could have at least acknowledged us and asked what we needed because it was a simple pickup order they could have just went and collected while they waited for the other customers data to transfer. Overall just poor service. I ended up cancelling my order and won't be reordering. read more

Ugh. This was a wholly frustrating experience. While the sales assistant Tamim was helpful and trying his best, the process and outcome was incredibly painful. Next time, I'll try going straight to a real Verizon store, not an "Authorized Reseller" - it feels like they just got routed through the same phone support you and I would end up with. Good things- + Tamim was helpful + His manager, Eric (sp?) did a fantastic job of helping an elderly customer who needed assistance with her new iPad. + Tamim did a great job of reminding the lady behind me to keep her mask on (which needed to be done several times for some reason). + Tamim was willing to arrange for the phone I wanted to be delivered from another store (by picking it up himself) and offered to come in early to finish this up, which was impressive dedication to customer support. Bad things- - Incredibly short staffed. It took me 40 minutes to get seen. During that time I saw two customers leave in frustration. One poor woman sat in the corner for 40 minutes waiting and left without getting the help she needed. - Tamim gave me inaccurate information that my "online order had been cancelled" when I came to pick it up. Reading the reviews, it seems like this is a common tactic. So we initiated a new order, and 2 hours later, we ended up finding out that the previous port was still pending and we had to sit on the phone through 3 levels of Verizon support to try and resolve this. (I was later able to easily cancel the port request via text support.) - Tamim added device protection to two lines without asking for my permission - I spotted this in the invoice afterwards as a $0 line item and noticed that this was going to be billed by Verizon at $17 a month per line afterwards...thankfully Verizon support was able to clear this up for me. - The location (apparently all non-Verizon / authorised resellers do this) added a $20 per device "Set Up and Go Plus" fee. This is something you will not pay if you go to a normal Verizon location. They also marked up the cost of phones - an $800 iPhone online cost $810 here. (The Pixel 5 was $730 here, versus $699 online.) - The cancelled line still shows up on my Verizon bill as a $50 cost ($40 for activation + 1 day's worth of line access + fees): CHECK YOUR BILL after visiting this location. Overall, I'm pretty miserable. I was happy to deal with it and go through with it until they presented me with the bill and it became clear there were a number of hidden charges. At this point, I was stuck with one phone because Tamim had already processed the number transfer. If I hadn't already spent 3 hours in the shop, I probably would have put my foot down and demanded that the extra charges be removed. What an awful experience, I'll try my hardest to never have to go into this location again. On the brightside, once I used my wife's new line to call up Verizon directly, they were surprisingly helpful (despite my expectation of the worst). read more

The five stars are for the excellent customer service reps who I had the pleasure of dealing with on my last visit. I would, however, give very low marks to Victra/Verizon Corporate (see more about that below!) I was able to get hooked up with my new iphone 12 Pro and received the full attention of Daniel, Juan, and new employee Jacob, who was still in training. All 3 employees were personable, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the phone and answered numerous questions about my service plan options. They were also extremely patient dealing with (and even apologizing for) the computer and backend systems at Verizon that constantly seemed to be going down... Heads up to Victra/Verizon Corporate--please provide your store with better and more efficient wifi and backend systems. It doesn't inspire a lot of faith in customers when they're in one of your stores and the employees are getting bumped off of their computers and your credit card systems due to poor connections, etc. It also causes your employees to spend needless time dealing with these issues instead of addressing customers' questions and concerns. Daniel, Juan, and Jacob all handled these unnecessary computer issues with patience and grace, but they shouldn't have had to deal with them in the first place. Also, I consider it a bad business practice for Victra/Verizon Corporate to charge $1,010 for the iPhone 12 pro with 128GB when the Apple store is selling it for only $849 and then claim that you are "saving customers $300 to help cover the cost to switch to a new phone," when in reality, according to my calculations, you're only saving them around $100 when factoring in the fact that the customer has to pay tax on the $1010 phone and the $20 "set up and go" fee, plus the extra $161 you're (over)charging for the phone in the first place. And finally, you attempt to hide these costs by baking them into a confusing 24-month 0% payment plan. This is really not a great way to inspire satisfaction and continued loyalty in a customer you've had for over 16 years. read more

I won't do business with an operation like this and Verizon will be getting a formal, legal complaint against this privately owned store. Tamim gave me the same shpeal that my "online order had been cancelled" when I came to pick it up. Reading the reviews, it seems like this is a common tactic. Pretty nightmare to deal with to be honest. I'd avoid this store AT ALL COST. What ended up happening was it also cancelled other orders I had in flight and is now a pretty nightmare to deal with across the board and just finding out about it how this one thing rippled effect to everything else. As you can see from another recent review, a lot of shady tactics without asking for permission to take advantage of the clientele that probably go to this location. I also had to wait upwards of 40+ minutes when I went to the store and saw it happened as I waited. My favorite part after the "order has been cancelled" fiasco, is him putting on a show about it. Shouldn't be selling phones, but in theatre instead!! Guess I needed it since I haven't been to the movies for a while! I've been going back for 4 months to get my money and they keep telling me it will apply in the next billing cycle. I finally demanded a check from them- I was told it would come by the end of December. Shocker, it didn't arrive. I went back and they said it takes 4 weeks. Well, we changed our mind, called them up and cancelled the order. Victra received the phone and 3 months later, it is still showing up on our bill. I went to a local store to get help using my iPad as a hotspot to connect to my computer while on the road. They sold me a prepaid plan that will not allow me to connect my computer. The opposite of what I asked for. I didn't find this out till I was on the road. I've spoke to them and they will not fix the service or provide any refund to make this right. They insist when I said the word "hotspot" that is does not mean I'm going to be sharing WiFi with my iPad and computer. Most people want service on their iPad. Don't go there if you expect any sort of assistance or customer support. read more

This is by far the most absurd experience I had in my life, I thought for a second that I was been part of a comedy show. Shaheen was not only the most unqualified person to perform my request it was also the rudest and unprofessional customer assistance that ever had contact with. I scheduled an appointment at this store to purchase a new phone and add a phone line to our plan. I showed up 10 minutes before the appointment and found the store closed. I waited for 20 minutes to see if a worker was just running late but nobody showed up. I also received no notification from the store that they needed to cancel my appointment.
