And some people need more help than others. So try to be patient. And they do not work miracles, so keep your expectations reasonable. I've been to the store on Crescent Dr a few times in the last few months to help with orders and tech support. Each time I was seen within a few minutes. On two occasions I had the pleasure of working with Julie. She's great. Friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. The store is lucky to have her.

The inconsistencies at this store are absolutely disruptive. Then, we went back in to drop off the trade in and was helped by someone that turned us away and told us to go directly to UPS, even though the email said to drop the phone off at the store. Then UPS turned us away because we didn't have the right information. Finally someone explained that their system was down and walked us over to UPS with the right code. This isn't my first time with issues in service quality and accuracy with Verizon. The Martinez location that closed down was also disruptive and caused extra work for us after the sale was made.

Well, after my HP Laptop was in need of repair after only 11 months (still in warranty) I went to Best Buy concord after the hp website referred me there as an authorized repair center. When I arrived the geek squad person told me I had to make an appointment. I explained that I just wanted to drop it off. I was told that I had to make an appointment just to drop it off. ( one day lost). So I made an appointment for the next day. I was then informed that they don't do repairs there as it had to be sent out and it would take 2-3 weeks. Then he informed me that it would cost me a minimum of $85 for shipping and handling ... but it is a warranty repair! Deaf ears ( second day lost) I immediately left shaking my head. I called Amazon, where I bought it. After it was determined by HP that it was not in warranty as it was purchased through an Amazon reseller, Amazon quickly satisfied me by providing me a complete refund even after 11 months!!!! That's customer service! Bye bye Best Buy. No more business for you!

Unfortunately, two of the employees kept disappearing into the back for what seemed like 30-35 minutes at a time, leaving one employee out front helping a single customer while everyone else just sat there waiting. Every time the back door opened, you could see the other employees sitting around, talking and laughing while customers were waiting for service. Whoever is managing this location really needs to take a serious look at the staffing and customer service. Customers shouldn't be sitting there wondering why three employees are on the clock but only one appears to be helping anyone. I definitely won't be returning to this location. Even the two in front of us left as well too. The customer service was terrible, and the overall experience made it seem like having fun in the back was more important than helping the customers sitting right in front of them.

So I'm guessing this location is gone. I think the closest one might be at the mall now. I'm a little sad this location is closed too since it was my preferred gamestop location in Concord.
