I was very happy to have read the reviews on yelp that recommended this place and especially the…read moresales rep, Greg Briggs. I visited the store, and indeed, he was extremely helpful. AT&T still gave us much of it's usual runaround, however, Greg had the patience to follow through with all the steps that were needed. I just couldn't manage them on my own, especially because of the cognitive challenges that arise from having multiple sclerosis, as well as my natural luddite tendencies. He was able to complete all of my lost cell phone service needs, even if it took over 4 hours (and two days). This is the kind of service that will help to continue to keep me as an AT&T customer. I'm grateful there is a physical store with staff. AT&T gets 2 stars, Greg gets 5 stars.

I explained i understand shes busy but it is a quick question and it is useless to wait 30 mins for no help... this is when she fired back with a rude disrespectiful "ok what". My question "my father passed and i was looking to get off his plan are you able to help or is that a support line" then i got a "support bye" to where i said thats why i did not want to stand around for a half an hour. Is this the At&t service way? Needless to say im about to switch services completly. I was given no further info from this horrible customer service representive.

I should have read the reviews about this place before going in and making a purchase. I went to…read morelook at phones less than 2 weeks ago and someone approached me about a trade-in promo they were having for $800 in credit. It was too good to be true. She said my account was eligible and my device was in good condition for the trade-in. We were there for a few hours and she didn't even check our plan to see if it was actually eligible for the trade-in promo I purchased the phone that day and went back into the store a few days later to return my previous device. I asked the guy to confirm that everything was all set, asked for a receipt, and requested an emailed receipt for my records. He confirmed that everything would be processed once the device was received on their end. Fast forward 1 week... I receive a text message saying that my plan is actually not eligible for the trade-in! I spoke with about 5 people before I found someone who was willing to deal with the issue. Customer service kept transferring me to the store, vice versa. They were unable to process the credit... so I asked them to return my previous device so I could return the new one.. since my phone is still within the 14 day return window. GUESS WHAT. They couldn't return my previous device AND they couldn't honor the credit. I'm lost an additional $800 that I was not planning on spending.

The employees here need a huge overhaul. My family came in looking for something specific,…read moreunfortunately this particular store doesn't sell the same thing as the one in Fairfield. When I asked the first female employee I came across she was so quick to say, "I don't even know what that is." No "I'm sorry we don't carry that" or any type of customer service. Then when we were ready to check out the line was three customers deep and only one employee was working the register. The other female (?) employee was on the phone for about 10-15 minutes on a personal call. The man in front of me bought a pre-owned PS5 and he was asking about if he really needed to buy PS Plus. Again, female employee #1 was quick to say, "I don't know. I don't play PlayStation I play X-Box." Okay??? This is a video game store, she should have a working knowledge of various consoles right? Or is that expecting too much?? When it was our turn to check out my son just so happened to want a PS5 controller. At first he wanted black, but she said they didn't have that color. Why even have out as an option to buy then?? It'd be so easy to take out the cardboard sign so customers know it isn't available at this time. Again, I'm expecting too much I guess. She then tried to sell us a warranty on the controller for $15/year. I declined and she rudely said, "Okay, see you in 6 months then. I've had to replace my PS5 controllers 3 times." What? So she is either lying to me or she was lying to the guy in front me. Towards the end of our transaction a male employee with shoulder-length hair interrupted us to greet the other two female employees at the register. Absolutely no respect or professionalism. We left as quickly as we could, but my daughter unfortunately left her water bottle on the counter. We came back and saw there was a long line. Female employee #1 was the only one helping customers, female employee #2 was doing her own thing, and the male employee was sitting at the register eating. I approached him and asked him for the water bottle we left which we could clearly see on their back counter. He looked at me like I was the rude one for interrupting his snack break. He said nothing to me, grabbed the water bottle by the mouth piece, and handed it to me. I had the misfortune to see his hands up close and it looked like he spent the morning gardening without gloves. Gross!!! Experiences like this make me want to depend on online shopping more and more. Employees are no longer expected to have customer service skills, professionalism, or basic hygiene.
